I have been trying to contact Customer Support, but i lost my password, when i try to recover it, there’s no password recovery email in my inbox or in the spam folder. I need to know this:

Just login to Dashboard and navigate to Portfolio > Categories. Just hover the mouse on the category items and you can see the id value at the bottom of the URL. Just get the tag_ID value from the URL. Refer : http://prntscr.com/etfw7i

Just login to Dashboard and navigate to Portfolio > Categories. Get into the Category Page, click ‘edit’ link of the category, item and you can see the id value in the URL section. Just get the tag_ID value from the URL.

I found this theme difficult to use to be honest especially setting up portfolio pages. I feel you have to really know your stuff with this theme I’m an amateur so it’s not really for me. I asked the support to log in to my site and help but they couldn’t log in for some reason or other The Demo looks amazing by the way it’s what I was after.

Hi, Thanks for the assistance. I have succeeded in installing the demo content. Once the demo content has been loaded and i select the menu or header style, its not the same as the demo. I am also not able to activate the LayerSlider plugin.

Hello there… I recently purchased your product, downloaded it, next tried to upload it onto my word press. I selected the “redart.zip” clicked the install now button then nothing happens. In the address bar, there is a blue progress line on the bottom of the address bar, It will go about 1/5 of the way and then stop. Can I make a sticky menu beside the logo instead of the top menu which need to click the button to see ? 2.
