I just purchase your theme started building my site, i receive a update with WooCommerce template when i updated it, it messed up my fonts and theme on site.. Your theme (Porto) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. Please see screenshot: http://prntscr.com/etwl03 When is this going to be fix and updated? Thank you.

I have a few more questions after the update i wanted to add more attributes to my product page (eg; it was working before the update) but when i add its not loading the attributes to the page.

Then i go to the Woo Theme settings and see these 4 on red. i notice after update.

porto/woocommerce/content-product.php version 2.6.1 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0, porto/woocommerce/loop/add-to-cart.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0, porto/woocommerce/loop/rating.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0, porto/woocommerce/single-product/up-sells.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0

any idea is to why the attributes not loading?

It’s really sad to see that so many complaining about problems with Porto after updating their WooCommerce install.

I really hope that you all will learn from this and for the future follow the very old rule “NEVER update any plugins or themes before you know that all parts is compatible with each other”.

If you do not have time to wait for all plugins/themes to be updated and compatible then the problems that might arise is YOUR very own fault.

Your Add to Cart button does not switch to Out of Stock in product list page especially that it is out of stock. It continue to show “add to cart”

I think it is an error on one of your out-dated-templates as I’m not the only one having the same issue here…

I won’t try to limit your creativity but you already have that feature on your prior versions (by the breadcrumbs) – the theme started to look like a different theme I have seen before…

Even the styling – add to cart button fonts are different. Are we getting a different set of CSS? or are you using a different theme?

Hi updated to the latest version, and I have problems with the variable products of woocommerce.

What is going on, is this going to be fixed soon?

We ahve already solved the issue in our latest theme. Please update the theme to the latest version and also please update all plugins as well to the latest version. Our latest Porto 3.5.3 is fully compatible with the latest Woocommerce plugin.

And also Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support. Thanks for your understand.

when they place an order, the order go through but that fatal error notice is what they see

Thanks for the reply. After the file you sent through dropbox, the error is still there, I also checked the 2 files and they’re the same, the only difference is that the one you sent out have some line breaks through the code.

I uploaded the original order-details.php from the source code of the woocommerce 3.0.1 and it’s working fine! Just a heads up if it helps you solve the problem!

Advice to everyone is running Porto, the theme is not fully compatible with WooCommerce so my advice to you all is to work with the prior version because I have no idea if these guys are going to update it or not

I’m denying the update but I’m just stating that we have issues with the update so i’m recommending all to wait for your next update so they don’t have to go through the hassle like me or others…

Here are the problems I’m facing so far and I haven’t even finish testing everything…

- Your WooCommerce templates are out-dated and WooCommerce is giving us a warning inside the dashboard – here are the outdated templates:

porto/woocommerce/content-product.php version 2.6.1 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0, porto/woocommerce/loop/add-to-cart.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0, porto/woocommerce/loop/rating.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0, porto/woocommerce/single-product/up-sells.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0,

- The search area like everyone else is messed up

- Add-to-Cart button is active and showing on out-of-stock products and when you click on it, it will give you message at the stop “you can not order items with 0 instock.

- Actually, these templates were updated by Woocommerce after the Porto released the 3.5.3 version. We will update these templates also in our next theme update but FYI these templates will not affect anything on your site and you can use the woocommerce plugin without any problem.

- For the Search issue please use the custom CSS code to set it:

”#header .searchform { width: 470px !important; }”

- Add to cart button is working fine in our theme. Please contact us through our support system so we will check the issue in your site and solve it for you.

Actually, We are experiencing higher than normal Tickets/comments volume and apologize for any inconvenience.

We have already told you that our latest Porto 3.6 version is compatible with Woocommerce 3.0.3 version and we are working on the theme update and will make the compatible with 3.0.4 version of Woocommerce. And for the wishlist bug, we have checked the theme already but did not find any issue in the theme that is why we have asked for the site URL and contact us through our support system, without debugging your site How could we tell you the solution to the issue? After the theme update please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile CSS Section >> Click the Save Changes Button >> Then Click the Theme CSS button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button to recover your site settings and colors options.

When are we getting a version that is working properly? do you know how much sales customers lose when their website is out-dated or get broken because of your theme?

Before UPDATING Woocommerce wait until you have the green light from porto!!!!!!

How hard is that ?

101 of online shops and websites … Wait before updating. They need time to make everything COMPATIBLE!!!!

Give plugin and theme creator time to do the changes they need.

If you update before they give the green light then its your fault that your site crash not theirs.
