Hi,
I am developing a plugin which will have some custom template.
When using Ark, I tried to set page to my plugin’s template, the template doesn’t work, only showing Ark’s layout.
May I know how can I overcome this?

I’m not sure how do you create your own custom template. But if its taxonomy / post page, you can adjust it in WP Admin -> Ark -> Sitemap by keeping the Fresh Builder empty. This way it will fallback to your codes.

Hi, I’m quite impressed by your theme but I also found some animation mistakes in your theme. E.g. the header bar is animating fine when it collapses but when it expands it is flickering. And in a gallery view I saw that the images are flickering when you go through the images a little faster than ordinary. Will the mistakes be fixed by you after sale? How fast is your release cycle? Hi,
I am having an issue to the EXTREME with SLOW speeds in the backend of the website and I have to wait 20 minutes in order for a page to upload the Fresh Builder in order to edit elements and even pages or posts in the backend of the website.
I was wondering if we could solve the issue at hand here because I am trying to build this in a timely manner.

Trying to create an image gallery with the Portfolio component in TheArk. I followed the video documentation but when I preview my portfolio page in the front end, no images are showing up as demoed in your video. The question is where and how do I add images to the portfolio component?
Do I have to create page posts with featured images for the images to show up? If so, then this is not my intension. My goal is to create an image gallery without having to download/install any third party gallery plugin as I do not want to bloat up my site unnecessarily with plugins if I can avoid that.

This is a portfolio element, so you need to create 1 post per image and set it as featured image. Currently we do not have gallery element, but there are plenty of gallery plugins doing great job. We are also working on the gallery item as well, so in future it will be added.

Hello, Just a question about portfolio: Is it possible to have a lightbox with a soundcloud player and a text descritpion when an item is clicked on portfolio? Just to avoid opening another page or link and remaining in the onepage website. Thanks.

When I add something into a page it’s covered by a white background and also it restrict it from going full width, instead it’s boxed. Where’s the option for me to change it.

At the very bottom of the page, there is metabox called “Post / Page settings”. Here you can change the layouts of your page. For your purposes, you need to set “Page Default – Fullbody”.

Hello there, Great theme btw
I was wondering if you could possibly assist with an issue I am having with this theme.
My issue is after installing Woocommerce, I am not able to filter the products shown on the main shop page using the woocommerce sidebar widget ‘Woocommerce product categories’ or the ‘woocommerce brands plugin’.
The theme has generated a shop page for me using Fresh Builder by default, Products on the left side and a sidebar on the right which is great.
I assigned the ‘Woocommerce product categories’ widget to the sidebar that is in use on the shop page.
So it now is showing all of my products on the left and all of my categories on the right.
However when I click on one of the categories to filter or view products only within that category it seems to ignore what I have asked it to do.
The URL and page title changes to my selected category but it decides to show all of the products as they were on the main shop page. (Not just showing products from within the category I selected)
I have double checked that the categories are set correctly for each product.
Is this something you have had before? I would appreciate your input.

Yes, you can select hundreds of Google Fonts or even upload your own font. Typekit support is not implemented yet due to lower interest (=lower priority), we are now focusing on adding new features that were requested more often.

I would like to know why when going to text after using your editor on any page, I cannot copy over the content without issues to another page? In fact, I have also used your export and import and the new page NEVER works. How can I safely copy content from one WordPress page to the other?
I have used your copy to clipboard and when I try to paste it, there is nothing there. I need to know how to copy one pages content and place in a new page without these issues.
When I Press COPY it says copied to clip board. When I go to the new page, it says paste, I do this and it is not the content, but the content I copied from something else. I tried this several times.
When it says copied, this action is not being done at all.

Most probably you are copying a big page and you are exceeding your OS clipboard limit. We also recently enhanced the copy functionality. Currently, all the sections can be shown in the section builder. But printing website with 200+ section is really heavy for server resources, so we did not implemented this one.

Hello, your top banner is inserted in column, which has option “pull 5”. If you remove this bootstrap option from the column setting (tab “Advanced”), then your content will be centered

We implemented complete bootstrap, with all breakpoints and padding and margin settings for all breakpoints and vertical centering and matching height and tons of never-seen-before features exactly for this reason
So if you tell me little more descriptive about what do you mean by “play with the size”, I’ll be able to provide more info

Some very weird things are happening to my page. It happens that when editing something on the page suddenly all content is boxed and after investigating I see that there is an option missing. I can see this because of a copy of the same page that IS STILL working the option is still available.
I’m talking about this option: Post Content Mode
Normal Post Content mode will print the content of this post/page in a normal way, inside the Layout wrappers.
Full Body Post Content mode will remove the body wrappers of a Layout and make your post/page full body. Header, Titlebar and Footer will still be preserved from the selected Layout.
What can be done to have this working again on the page effected? Now all is boxed ;-(

moreover i was unable to find header code anywhere to change it. there was just 1 file and that too was not responding for changes done as i guess it was fallback code.
