I love your theme, it is far better than most I have seen to date, any chances of getting the Product Masonry feature anytime soon? Other items I can find ways to work around, like css controls and such, but the masonry layout is vital in my case. Thanks again, also I wasn’t trying to offend with my prev posts. Thanks…

Oh I would be very grateful if you could add that feature, I’m even willing to pay extra to have it completed ASAP. I’m down to two themes in my testing and yours seems to hit the mark more than the second one. Except that do support the Product Masonry option just not the full screen option and well I like your framework a little more, seems a little more flexible. Thanks again.

On top this update messed up with: - Some translations: (RELATED PRODUCTS, APPLY COUPON, UPDATE CART, among others) and it seems to be impossible to translate as before. - When placing the mouse cursor on top of the shopping cart icon, the pop up is on an endless loop not showing anything - Clicking on the shopping cart symbol doesn’t do anything ( should open my cart page). - Fonts are much bigger on the home page, and other places. - Going directly to shopping cart page returns in the end “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘if’ (T_IF) in ../wp-content/themes/porto/woocommerce/cart/cart-totals.php on line 1” - Impossible to finalize any purchase - It seams also that Tax is not correctly calculated/showed,

We have already updated the theme and compatible with the latest Woocommerce plugin. Please make sure that you have installed and updated the Porto theme properly also please update all the theme plugins as well after the theme update. I found that your theme is not updated properly. Please re-download the fresh copy of the theme and upload/install it again on your site.

After the theme update please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile CSS Section >> Click the Save Changes Button >> Then Click the Theme CSS button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button to recover your site settings and colors options.

And also Could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is now expired. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support. Thanks for your understand.

Last version Porto. Portfoilo has only 1 featured image. Impossible add 2 or more images .

I have a question about the coloring of the theme. I tested me a little out with the colors but set all back to normal with the reset function. Hi my client and I seem to be having a lot of trouble with the theme and Safari. The links end up looking broken or looking like they are out of the 80’s – no design just text navigation links. https://www.biblepathwayadventures.com – not sure what to do or how to fix this Safari issue. The website works great in other browsers. Do you have any coding fixes for Safari?

1. I want to update theme for the first time, without change the customize i made. I have activated Child theme and i will use Envato toolkit. Do i need to make all this before updating: -You should completely remove all previous porto theme folder. -You shouldn’t rename porto theme folder. -You should reset browser cache, server cache and plugin cache.

2. Also there’s ”Product Description” written under the description at product page, can this be removed? As the Tab title is already saying Description.

3. is it possible to use .svg format logo?

2. You can remove it with the help of custom CSS. Please go to Appearance >> theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS section and paste this CSS:

Hi There. I am running the latest version (3.5.3). Only the default Theme Plugins are installed. Everything is up to date. I am still having an issue with variations. When I go to edit variations, I get the spinning circle trying to load.

What did you do with the theme? I just updated and everything is looking different.. Some fonts have changed, colors are different, it’s a mess, it does not look like the site that I took months to setup!

Also the theme is not prepared for the new Woocommerce, you should make sure everything is okay before you declare it.

If you cannot do a simple update without totally ruining my site, please give me back my money and I’ll look for another theme. You are working with stores that have a name and a reputation to look after. How can I serve my clients like this?

You can change the font of the add to cart button from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Shop >> and select the Add to cart button font.

But you can change all the options easily from Theme Options.

I have checked the theme and did not find any issue in the theme. Actually, these templates are updated by woocommerce after the Porto theme released the update. We are working on these 4 templates and will update them in our next theme update. These templates is not affecting anything to the theme and site. No worry about that.

when will it be the next theme update? your theme is affecting the site and I had to shut it down making my client lose a lot of money every day! For Demo installation:

I think you are using the PHP 7 version. Can you please change your PHP 7 version into PHP 5.6 because Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer did not support the PHP 7 version. So please before installing the Demo change the PHP version and after install the Demo you can revert back to PHP 7 version for the fast speed. I hope PHP 5.6 version did not create the problem for you.

IMPORTANT: The included plugins need to be installed and activated before you install a demo. Please check the Porto >> “System Status” tab to ensure your server meets all requirements for a successful import. Settings that need attention will be listed in red.

For VC plugin Activation:

There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by Smartwave. 2. Please go to Porto >> Install demo >> Click the Install button on any demo >> then please only select the Import Shortcode pages >> then click yes to import all shortcode pages >> In this way you will see all the pages with shortcode in that pages you will also see the Pricing table page as well with all price box settings.
