In this new version for WooCommerce 3 the contact information in the header stopped working, even though it’s still on in the theme option. Is this a known issue?

I can’t create a ticket because I don’t have a support license. I just wanted to know if this is a known issue since this broke after the upgrade, while nothing changed in the theme options. If not, I will probably have to try and hack a solution myself.

I do not know how you have your paragraphs set up so I cannot change the CSS for this problem. I cannot put extra spaces after my periods throughout the site.

Thanks for answering. This is not an option for me since my web server provider only allows the connection to the site from my Public IP. Can I activate the theme manually to activate the addons? With the license that gives me Themeforest?

I undestand but I need to activate to get updates and use Header Builder addon. I want to activate it with my license to allow this:
not activated theme won’t receive fast updates, so you can update the theme manually only
not activated theme doesn’t allow install its addons via a single click, so you can install them manually only (except Visual Composer, which is always available for a single click installation)

not activated theme doesn’t allow to use Header Builder addon (even it was already installed)
Unfortunately, you can’t activate your license manually, this feature works only automatically, please share the relevant URL so we could take a closer look.

I wanna add 2 text fields “Email address” & “Address” to replace the button “View Demo”. And change “Try free now” to “submit. When user filled 2 fields and click submit, data will email to my mailbox.

Yes, it’s possible go to Theme Options > WooCommerce, and turn on ‘Catalog Mode’ there.
WooCommerce is a free plugin, you can download it from WordPress repository, so you should purchase Impreza license only. Also you might check all theme features on this test drive server yourself.

Hi, When I try to use anchors on my page, Impreza is shifting the page so the anchor spot is right at the top. The problem is that my header then covers about an inch of the content I want showing. I am using the most recent version of Impreza. Any ideas on how to fix this? How can I set the anchor to go to the bottom of the header rather than the top of the page? Thanks!

Hey guys, this theme is pretty awesome. And in comparison to some other themes it is pretty fast. I tested it out for a shop we have up and we love the header builder. Also, the search is pretty fast. The only downfall is that it does not seem to have enough features for managing the shop features. I’d like to know if you are planning on building out the shop options in the theme settings?

Impreza has shop options for WooCommerce plugin right out of the box, you just need to install the plugin, then go to Theme Options > WooCommerce, and adjust appearance there.
We plan to add more features in future, if you have any particular requests, don’t hesitate to create new tickets on our Support Portal as Feature Requests, and if the request will receive significant amount of voices from other clients we’ll consider implementing it in one of the future updates.

I too can no longer access the tabs inside the theme options. Just like an earlier commenter stated, “When clicked, it changes the URL address to reflect the correct section id, but that is it. The content does not display.”

Please make sure you updated all addons to their latest versions, if all addons are up to date, deactivate all 3d party plugins which aren’t the part of theme package, and if the glitch will disappear, activate plugins one by one to find the issue. Also clear all caches before checking.

I´ve been trying the Test Drive mainly to check compatibility with my actual theme. The thing I´ve observed is some problem with Tablepress. It works well with my tables but don´t respect my CSS Tables style, making the table big and wide.
If I use Impreza can I edit Tablepress style?

Yes, you can use Impreza with TablePress, and you can override any style you want if you’re familar with CSS coding. Try adding !important rule to your CSS code in order to override all existing styles.
