Thanks for interesting in our theme!
The answer for both questions is no unfortunately. Theme supports only pay pal, and it is not listing theme, it was made for tour agencies and resellers so it doesn’t support profiles.

Can you suggest the best way to show a trip is fully booked out or sold out? Would be nice to keep a trip on the site but when it’s fully booked to show this trip is sold out.

Unfortunately, there is no that option. You will have to custom code theme files for that. Bookings it self will prevent booking after the last one was booked. When you click Check Availability it will throw back an error.

No, because it happens automatically. This section takes images from gallery.
Is there a way to have a direct url to view the tour’s itinerary directly, people seem to be not seeing it or miss it, would like to have an itinerary button at the bottom.

Sorry for the late response, we’ve been working with limited resources during weekend. The average response time in normal conditions is 24 ours, but we had a lot of trouble with Ticksy service during last couple of days.They were performing some maintenance.

You do not have to paste purchase code, just login with Envato account and Ticksy will accept. There was some maintenance on Ticksy, but now works fine. We’re will to answer your tickets.

That happens because of previous login session that was saved and there was no purchased item. What you will have to do is to clear cache or log in from another browser you never logged in to Ticky with. It should work without problem. Also, do the same on Theme Forest.

Hi, your directions have lead me to the very same dead end. None of the above worked. Even with a clean installation of a fresh – never used in the past browser – it’s impossible to enter support and submit a ticket. Is there any other way to go around? Please provide a solution asap.

For the masonry image gallery on the tour item pages, do I need to specifically cut my images to certain dimensions, or can I just upload a bunch of images and it will automatically fit into masonry style?

You do not need exact sizes, you can upload bigger images, but you should keep the ratio of those images if you want the whole image to be displayed. Otherwise ti will be cut. You shouldn’t import images that are less than 500px in one dimension. Also you do not have to upload images bigger then 1000px but you can.

Hello, I got some problems with Header Menus. It looks great and work responsibly with Full HD(19201080). But when it comes to some resolution, like lower resolution(1366768), the menu buttons do not fit with header area. The buttons show below area. Also, the slider revolution’s slider image does not fit with menu area even though I checked YES in Responsive Settings. At the moment, the theme support is not working. How can I fix it? Thank you.

Tour pages are custom post type, and this functionality is limited to tours only, and there is no option to integrate it to regular pages without some custom coding, sorry

What exactly do you mean when you say vendor system? If you refer to third party plugin, we can’t guarantee compatibility since we didn’t test them with our theme. Only mentioned plugins are compatible.

Hi i would like to find out how i go about activating the visual composer licence. I am unable to use the templates as it asks for me to activate the visual composer licence which i believe came with the purchase? Could this be an update issue? i have recieved this message regarding updates:
“There is a new version of WPBakery Visual Composer available. View version 5.1 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?”

Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.
You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.

I have tried to find the extendvc php file but i cant seem to locate it in order enable it to edit the theme using the front end mode? Could you assist me with he location of the extendvc php file

We included with our Theme Visual Composer in the state that is compatible with our theme
We disabled frontend editor in our VC plugin. To enable frontend, go to theme folder/extendvc/extend-vc.php and find this code:
/* Remove frontend editor */
if(function_exists('vc_disable_frontend')){
vc_disable_frontend();
}
and remove it. Than just save

No, you can use them regularly, except for Visual Composer we’ve disabled front end because it doesn’t work 100% with our dynamic shortcodes, but you can enable it if you wish.
