recently i updated to Salient 8.0.1 and Woocommerce 3.0.2 and the Woocommerce system status says:
salient/woocommerce/checkout/form-shipping.php version 2.2.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0
salient/woocommerce/content-single-product.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.0
salient/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.2
How can i fix the issues? Thank you for your time !

Unfortunately WooCommerce released another update yesterday (3.0.2) where they changed the version number on those files..which they previously forgot to change. Salient will update shortly again to correct that

Hi, i need to change the heading H1 at category pages because It is always the title of the blog main page. But same H1 at different pages is very bad for SEO…Let me know how to do that..thanks!

The Nectar Page Header always displays h1 since it’s the title of the page – you can modify this at the nectar_page_header function in the functions.php – this can also be modded through a child theme

Hi, but the problem is that My BLOG PAGE TITLE (h1) is “ACCESSORI PER ESTERNO” and the category page PISCINE has the same title h1 of the blog page instead of “PISCINE”..I tryed to search that function in the function.php but is not clear how to fix that..what do I have to edit?

hi guys, great theme, one issue, can you check the site gastromallorca.net/hotel with safari from a mobile and tell me if the loader stays spining all the time? the first time you enter the site works, but the second time the loader spins all the time, i dont now if its my mobile or not

Hey youngCODE, Currently i’m seeing mostly the same styles but it appears you’ve customized some of the items – after importing did you change any of the settings or is what’s live still what occurred directly after the import?
Hi, I kinda needed a quick change, so any of the same styles you’re seeing between the two I’ve manually set in the past several hours as they weren’t changed during the import, and any differences you see are just settings I haven’t noticed or gotten to yet.
Also, been looking for a setting to change the main nav color after scroll for almost an hour but can’t find anything and every setting I tried produced no result. Doing it manually now with:
header#top nav ul li a {
color: #888;
}
Just thought you might want to know so you can add it in.
Hey, you have full control over the header navigation coloring in the Salient options panel > header navigation > logo & general settings tab by selecting “custom” for the “Header Color Scheme” field
That’s what I selected but couldn’t find an option that worked. No worries though, I just opted to use custom CSS.

Hey guys is there an update available for WooCommerce template files, Im getting that the Salient theme has outdated files.
I updated to the latest Salient which fixed the outdated woocommerce, but the product pictures are being displayed on the product page.
Apologies I meant to say the product image is not displaying on the main product page. the images are there in the page html, but wont display on the page. I’ve seen this when updating themes and woocommerce but I have no idea how to fix it.

Hi, I’m working on this site: www.nasafiri.com and I’m asking for your assistance with two things:
1. At the very bottom of the page you can I’ve activated the footer widgets where I’ve used Jetpack’s subscription widget. However for some reason the border of the text-box is not showing maybe because it’s inheriting styling properties from the theme’s CSS. Can you show me where I can change this?
2. How would go about hiding the posts’ featured images when viewing the set blog page? So just display each individual post’s content and now like this -> www.nasafiri.com/blog

Question, When i select “Add to cart text on hover” in the Salient Woocommerce setting i see some thing that i would like to have different. I would have only the pricing when you go on the product picture, now you see also the category’s.
Further i would like to remove add to cart. (only have showed this on the product page) And the title of the product is very large and bolt. I would like to have this smaller and not bolt. I have made a screenshot so you can see it, can i send it? I have now the classic way active, but i would to change it to “add to cart text on hover” when the changes can be made.
Hope you understand my needs

There is interesting thing, is possible customize all page header, but Blog archive or category is with one standard header type without possible customizing or adapt to other pages with transparent background
Hey AndrisRS, you can actually set an overall page header for the archive pages via the Salient options panel > blog tab or set a different image for each category when editing the categories. If you’re not seeing these options, you must be on an older version of the theme. When you supply header images in either of those ways, the transparent header will display. See an example here: http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-corporate/category/music/
