Good day. I see that there has been a theme upgrade last year september but on my dashboard I dont see a upgrade option. How can I go about to upgrade and does it include the new version of rev slider as well (it came bundled with the initial theme).
Can you also please advice how to get rid of the “log in” option on the front of the top menu bar.

The login form can be disabled in theme options > header options > select header style you are using > Enable login form and set it to OFF.
As for theme update, since it is not released yet, the latest versions of the plugins are not included to the theme pack, so please get in touch with us via dynamicframeworks@gmail.com and we’ll provide you with them.
As for theme update, please find the instruction on safe theme update in this post.

Great thank you so much. I have recently added uber menu but Im getting a conflict. It seems your theme is refusing to let ubermenu override its css. i believe there is some code that needs to be added/changed but I dont have access to a tool like that. Is this something I can get support for and get someone to do this change for me? I am happy to renew my support if this can be done for me.

I bought this theme few days ago and everything was fine. After I finished my index page, suddenly all my styling, logos and header reset back to default! As I can read there were some others having same problem with me in the past. Is this has to do with you? Are you making automaticly updates?

We’ve faced such issue previously and fixed in the current theme version.
This issue means that MySQL have limitation for size of data and the issue with theme options appeared when saving theme options the connection with database was lost and they were reverted to default.
Please ask your hosting provider to check it from his end and also to check and set the maximum the default Mysql connection timeout.
It should prevent the issue in future.
While it is not checked, please try to back up theme options from time to time just to be sure you have the backup.

You can easily install the layout you’d like on your site.
Please, go to Appearance > Installer pane, select te layout you’d like to install and click on it.
Wait till you get a message about successful installation and check the created content under Pages, Portfolios, Posts, Revolution Slider, etc.

Most probably, the site displaying is restructured due to the main style sheet files not fully recompiled.
Please, try to go to Theme options > Main options > Enable DEV mode and switch it to ON> so in top right corner you’ll see ‘recompile all styles’ button. Please click on it and wait till the files are fully recompiled and recheck the site after it.

Hey!
I’m using your Ronneby Theme. It’s not very clear to me how the Header works. I see 14 Header Style Options. Where do i enable which one works?
Also, somewhat more important even, when i disable the login form above the logo it disables the bar from staying up top when scrolling down. You can see about 1/5th of the bottom of the bar. Which is weird. I dont want the login form to be enabled but i also want to still see the bar with the logo when scrolling down.

Hi, I am new to web page design and I am a college student. My client bought this theme and sent me all the details and the theme. I started playing with theme on a subdomain on my domain. Not knowing that this license that she purchased only could create one web page. Is there any way for me to be able to actually create the site on her domain? Thank you

According to Envato rules you are allowed to create one site with one purchase license.
Here you can find more details.
As far as we know, the Envato rules require the one regular license to be used for one ready project.
So you may use the theme for the subdomain as well.
