Hi! 1. I try arc theme on my friend website and i found that it does not work in such builders as “beaver builder” and “elementor”. A fresh builder is a very good plugin, but sometimes I would like to be able to use a different builders with your theme. 2. I have a great idea how to make your plugin the best among other builders: make it possible to inline editing texts and pictures in the front-end. The fact is that the fresh builder is a very good plug-in for the developer, but it is complicated for the usual site editor. And a big mistake for all developers of builders is that they completely duplicate the interface of the builder in the front-end. The best solution is to create 2 interfaces: complete for developers and very simplistic for site editors

I am looking at templates since I have to buy one. I just saw the demo of “Topbar Languages”, I assume that it can stay fixed and that WPML will be deployable. The demo I guess is not up to date. I also take it for granted that a menu can be inserted in the “Topbar”.

Yes, we don’t use WPML on our demo (would be an overkill to create a different language versions just for demo purposes). That being said, Ark is fully compatible with the WPML plugin. You can insert a menu “sidebar” widget into the topbar. The topbar has the same canvas for building like the page content so you can build there almost anything. By the way, shopping with us is risk free, so you can simply try The Ark and if you won’t like it, you can ask for a full refund.

I selected the “Slider” section that has the unique class of: .ffb-id-hqaetda .ffb-slide-1 and need to apply a longer interval. There are no settings for this slider and I don’t see any documentation for it. Can you help?

We have that option in other slider but this particular doesn’t seem to have it. I have assigned a developer to implement this option there in the next updates. In the meantime you can temporarily change the interval value in the theme files in this file:
/wp-content/themes/t-ark/assets/scripts/app.js
Interval can be changed on line 66 which looks like this by default:
interval: 5000,

Hi, I’m having a problem with the fresh builder. I’m trying to editing a page but it keeps loading saying “It can take up to 2 minutes after updating the theme due to advanced caching”. More than 2 minutes passed.

This is really unusual, it should load within couple of seconds on a good server so there must be something wrong. First try clearing the caches at “Ark > Dashboard > System Status. Hi I need to develop a design into a WordPress website. I was wondering if your theme allowed for this type of customization. 1. logo overlapping the header and content area 2. side bar navigation that overlays the large image.

1) Yes, there is an option for this type of logo overlap.
2) Not out of the box, but can be created with a little bit of custom code (without modifying the actual theme source code). We can help you with that via a support ticket at http://arktheme.com/open-ticket/
3) Yes, Ark is fully responsive.
Overall I would say Ark is an excellent choice for this project. You will need a lot of creative freedom to achieve that design and Ark is probably the most flexible theme on the market.

Out of the box, logo overlap is only available for desktop I think. Either way, it’s pretty easy to write a couple lines of CSS to have it overlap on mobile as well, just ask for our help later via a ticket and we will look into it. But personally I would recommend not doing the overlap style on mobile because it might look weird when you toggle open the mobile navigation menu – just something to think about.

Currently there is JS hook, which is triggered when the message is sent, no matter if successfully or not successfully. In next update, we will introduce also hooks, which will be triggered after confirmation, that the email was / wasnt sent. In the meantime you can use the javascript hook described in “Form Wrapper” element.

Hi. I want to buy a theme. Is the plugin “Custom Sidebar Manager” included in the theme? Does it support WP 4.7.4?

Custom Sidebar Manager is not included, because Ark itself has unlimited amount of sidebars, so it’s not needed. The WP 4.7.4 is of course supported. We are updating the theme on regular schedule to be sure, that it’s working with all latest updates.

Dont know if this is the right place but i place my request for coming version here. Love the theme but one thing is missing. You should be able to set pagination in portfolio not depending of maximum items in each category or in total. Its not a good design to be forced to hade 200 items shown per page if you want to show all items under All category.

OK I will try, Lets say that i have a portfolio with a total of 200 items. Theese are divided in 4 categories with 50, 60, 20 and 70 items. I have the All enabled so that custumers can view all categories. I dont want 70 items in a category or all 200 to be visible without pagination, its to many and take to big place. So I want a pagination of 10 or 20 items per page. I also or course want to able to show the number of items in each category and in all over the category name. To view for custumers how many there are. If i set the max per page today the items shown is just up to the max. I Think a lot need pagination not to be conected to how many there is at all. I want to have 10 per page in each category shown, aven all category. But want the total number of items to be shown in each category and i want to be able to view all with help of the pagination. Do i make my self understandeble? I can view exemple site in you dont get me intension
Hi!, I was wondering, is there a way to change the animation of the one page menu? Right now when I click on the menu the one page section appears with a “fade in” animation, and I need to see it as a scroll , I don’t know if I explained myself well

Hi there. I received this theme as part of a loyalty giveaway you offered due to my purchase of another of your themes.
The licence key included with the theme package says it’s in use on another domain. When I click on “Show Licence” it shows 5 other users activations – one which is active, and 4 which are disabled.
How can I activate, as I need to update the theme to the latest version.

There are 20+ blog elements and all of them can set the number of columns for every breakpoint. Most probably you set the columns only for one breakpoint. Can you please check it out and if it does not work, can you please open ticket? We will do our best to assist you ASAP.

Hi, I sent you email regarding two possible bugs 13 hours ago, but got no reply. So I leave message here again:
The first issue is regarding the static header issue on iphone. Already recorded video and uploaded to youtube. Pls check.
in addition, I found the update the theme becomes more difficult – once I click “update all above” under “updates” of Ark, the whole admin site will wait for 2-3 mins, then become a blank screen. I have to click the admin URL again, in order to come back. But nothing updated after that.

We were having holiday. Our guaranteed response time is within 24 hours, but we usually respond much faster. Please urge us only in case, when we did not responded after 24 hours, it creates overhead for us and wont lead to faster response

1.) Images are included, but pixelated, because they cannot be distributed with the theme due to licensing (this is standard for any other WP theme)
2.) Multiple demos on one website would be a problem. Create WordPress multisite and you should be fine
