Hi, this is awesome theme and I have been using it for long time now. There is just one thing that really needs to be fixed. When adding image in UX Builder, you can’t set image to be in original size. You always have to give it % of the container width or height… is there something I don’t know about it’s options?

You can use the image size option for this.
Yes, but still it doesn’t show image in it’s original size. It uses the original size image and stretches it to width selected from 0-100% that is related to the container size. If I have 100×100px image, I want it to show 100×100px on the site.

Hi, I don’t know what happened but for a couple of days now UX-Builder only loads for the “front page” – for any other page it gets stuck (the loading icon turning forever..) Any suggestion on how to re-start/ reinstall the UX-Builder from scratch, I guess that would be the quickest fix? Cheers! R.

Hi, Im having trouble with my grid/slider/banner on mobile phones. The image crops too much, Ive tried a lot of different settings, heights and width and the result is the same bit the banner is now moving sideways on mobile phones (should be fixed). I purchused two Flatsome licences. On one of my websites the “Wishlist” doesnt work. ( I’m using the latest version on Theme, WP, WC ). If add a product to the Wishlist, it will not show on the Wishlist page. Before I contact the Flatsome Support team, I did asked the YITH plugin author and they said that the pulgin has no problem and %100 comatible with WC 3.0.x!!! One of your support team, after 3 days investigating asked me for “Admin Access” to my site, then after more investigation he could Not solve the issue and sent me this: ””I think you had better contact the plugin author, they can better handle this issue. Create an issue here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/yith-woocommerce-wishlist. I believe they will help you out quickly.”””
My question is, Is this the mean of six month support from Flatsome or the guy in your support team is not fit for support purpose?

Hi there, sorry for the trouble.
YITH Wishlist seems to be having a compatibility issue with WooCommerce 3.0. The issue will have to be resolved by the YITH developers, there is not much that we can do in regards to this.
Please update your wishlist plugin. The issue should be resolved with the new update

Does the masonry style work in a full screen mode, no white space on the left or right? I see for videoa and such you can have a full screen header and footer, but not the body, is this something that is easy to correct, via a css file and or other setting. Thanks

Missing Theme Options / Customizer All core software upgraded before I tried to update to latest Flatsome. Tried all the guides for when you get a mostly blank screen for Customize after upgrading from 3.2 > 3.3.4 today. Memory is 256 and all tried plugins turned off but no luck. Also rejects my licence purchase code in the Theme Licence area. Need advice on this fast.

Have that working now. I was getting a Failed to update notice in red letters under your Updater panel. The updating circle though was going around so I waited for a while. Seems to have updated despite the warning it was not updating.

Hi, do you have other post formats activated than regular post and with a special css style? I am looking for a theme that includes a link post format in order to list posts with exclusively link post format. It is useful for posts aggregation from other websites. There would be many links so i need links (as posts) to be automatically added to a post list on a blog page dedicated to post links rather than adding link itemsone by one from pagebuilder tool.

I am afraid we do not have other post formats in the default template. However, you can add them by placing this function in the functions.php file

I’ve done it and it adds the post format. I can also change css with the class ”.format-link”
But to make post list as direct external link in the loop requires some code. The code is similar to https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/tips-tricks/how-to-create-wordpress-post-formats But it is out of my code skills It could be great to have new post format such as link, quote,.... in a next update!

My question is: ¿Is it possible to make that the “Quick view” button (which appears in a product of our main static page) goes directly to the affiliate page? In this moment, if some one want to buy the product, first he/she have to press de “quick view” button and after to press “buy” button. Or press to the producto to go to the product page and after press “buy” button.
We would like to make that if you press to the image, or to the quick view, goes directly to extern web. Is that possible with the theme? we need to install some plugin or we have to modify some php?

Is there a way to entierely customize the product page with the builder ? with custom blocks for ‘add to cart’, ‘product desc’, ‘images gallery’, etc ? by this way we can create product page like standard pages, with the UX builder. sometimes we need to present the product and then add the ‘add to cart’ button at the bottom of the page, of in multiple locations : on top, midddle and again in bottom for example.
Another point, in next update it will be also fine to be able to customize product page layout (sidebar position, header , tabs, etc) per product and not only for all products (with options in product page)
your product is very great , with this features it will be much more powerful.
another template (enfold) doesn’t have a cool builder like your one, but have the ability to entirely customize product pages. i hesitate with this template because flatsome doesn’t have it. But i prefer all the rest in flatsome
