I bought this theme based on the plugins that you advertised would be included in the bundle. My web developer just contacted me to advise that apparently one of the plugins that you listed is not included in the bundle. I purchased a developer bundle and now I’m out $250 and need to spend an additional $135.
I’m trying to understand how you have a product with false details and are still allowed to sell on EnvatoMarket.
Help me to understand what it is you are doing? And how you intend on fixing my issue????

I already replied your email. The plugin that was not included in the Job Manager Core Addon Bundle costs $35 and that’s why I offered you theme refund $39. Everything else in theme description is correct. The mistake in theme description has been fixed and thank you for pointing that out.
I just don’t understand on what did you spend $250 and why do you have to spend another $135? That doesn’t make any sense, unless you’re counting in your developer and hosting fee, which we can not be responsible for.
From my quick calculation it’s:- $39 for theme
- $125 for WP Job Manager Core Addon Bundle
- $35 for Job Manager Gelocation
- $35 for Resume Geolocation
- Total: $234

We didn’t pay for the WP Job Manager Core Addon Bundle. We paid for the Developer Version because we own multiple domains and licenses. This bundle cost me $250.00. Because of your blunder I have to pay an additional $135 for the developer version of the plugin NOT $35. In addition, instead of renewing at the $250 per year to cover all of my websites, it will cost me an additional $135!

As I understand your complaints are about costs for developer licenses for WP Job Manager addons. In our description we of course telling about the case with single license, for one site and domain. If you personally found that you in your case need a developer licenses, why you didn’t learn the costs for that case? These addons are not ours, its third party thing, not we selling it so its between you and https://wpjobmanager.com.
I’m finding the “Search” capabilities of your otherwise very nice template, very restrictive for both jobs and resumes sections.
One cannot search with a number of variables apart from Title, Location, Tags etc.
But if you take a look at JobCareer theme for example, they have a truly useful and advanced search system (http://jobcareer.chimpgroup.com/candidates-list-with-filterable). You can combine a number of variable including custom fields such as salary range, educational level, experience, date of submission, etc to search.
I have checked wpjobmanager website for any form of Search Addon but nothing.
I believe strongly, any form of Advanced Search addon will be of great help to users of this theme and will definitely boost your sales.

Sorry for that of course, but I would not call it like “deadline”, at the moment it is only thing on which I am working. I would be happy to finish finally and forgot about it, but unfortunately it is not stable yet and need some polishing, so as soon as it will be fixed I will update a theme the same day.

Hello, I’m so sorry that we still didn’t implemented it yet. The reason is we need to finish one other theme before we can back to improving this one, but I promise it will happen, we have a lot of plans and ideas for it. Just sales are dropping all over the marketplace and the reality is you need release something new time to time to stay afloat.

Now it’s been a total of six (6) months since I raised the issue of the need for Advanced Filtering. You agreed with me that the feature was needed. And you gave a number of timelines which never materialized.
Along the line, you suggested a number of Advanced Search plugins which I tried but never worked with your theme.
I don’t want to assume that you guys have deliberately decided to FORGET about this all-important issue. NOT GOOD!
2 Questions: Are we going to get the Advanced Filtering Feature? When?
Hello, I’m sorry for the disappointment, but I can not give you another timeline, just because don’t want to give you false promises again. Right now we are working on new other theme, we can not afford supporting existing themes much now because of situation going worse and worse on this marketplace – its all just becoming too cheap. So we decided finish this new theme first, and then try to improve older ones to see if there is any point left to continue working here at all… Because nobody will work at a loss.

There is no option for what you asking, but you can make this with some of content restriction plugin I believe. It is pretty common thing.

I don’t know anything about this plugin, I recommend you better ask a plugin developer, is it can work by default with custom post types (resume). Shortcodes must work in the description area of resumes. Please next time create a ticket and give more details about the problem – site URL, WP dashboard access. Its not possible to give decent support via comments.

Hello, I have set my menu (candidates) for members only once someone has logged in. I followed the instructions and it is not showing up. Now, my paying clients can login, but they cannot see the menu that will allow them to actually use the site. PLEASE HELP ME LIKE ASAP! I am losing business and people are asking for a refund.

The Candidate Menu is the menu that should be used when folks login. This should be shown as the Users Only Menu and I have checked that in the Menu Settings as well as under the Manage Locations area.

Of course you have a right to do that. Or you can wait until we resolve all your theme issues. However I’d like to recommend you to read support rules first.
I know it’s much easier to blame somebody else for not reading item description or for not testing your website before you put it live, but it’s like not making a backup copy and then blaming a hard drive manufacturer for a disk failure.
We’re here to help you, but we also have our lives and our families. I’m sure you don’t work on July 4th and I’m not expecting all American companies to let me know about it.
