Hello there, Do I need to install WP Retina 2x in order to serve retina images to compatible devices? or is it enough to have the original uploaded image 2x the resolution of the single product image and flatsome will handle displaying retina images on supported devices? thx

Excuse me, but I don’t use those sizes. I use square images: 125, 250 and 500px for thumbnails, catalog and single product. If I set the size 2x these, wouldn’t that make my site serve the 2x images to all devices, even non retina ones? thx for clarifying

Thank you for your fast response. I tried W3 Cache Plugin but it slows down my website! With no plugin I got Desktop = 78/100 Mobile = 74/100. After installing W3 Cache plugin and configure it using woocommeerce docs I got Desktop 62/100 and Mobile 54/100. Do you have some configuration you recommend?

I think theres a small bug in the customizer. In Customizer>Header, you have the header builder below. I have some code in HTML1, but I have not placed the HTML1 block in the header. The code in the block is still inserted in the page though. When I remove the code it’s fine again.

After upgrading from 2.0 to 3.0, my previously created shortcodes, specifically Message Box, no longer display correctly. The background color is missing, font settings are gone, and layout if jumbled. I notice that the new UX Builder shortcodes now have row and columns. Do I have to re-create all of my shortcodes to work in the 3.0 UX Builder?

The structure of shortcodes in version 3.0 has been changed so as to improve the aesthetic value and functionality. Hence, you might need to redo some of the shortcodes.

Hi, I use version 2.6.14 of woocommerce and version 3.3.2 of your theme.
I have a problem translating the cart page, 3 buttons are no longer translated:
1) continue shopping 2) update cart 3) apply coupon
I do not want to update woocommerce because I have too much bug and most plugins no longer work, so for now can you tell me how to translate these buttons with my current version?

Some strings have been changed in order to fit the changed strings in WooCommerce 3.0. The latest Flatsome 3.3.4 is fully compatible with WooCommerce 3.0.3
You also need to make sure to update your language file in WP Admin > Dashboard > Updates
