The sidebar is not actually broken or anything, its working all fine however somehow the widgets have been removed and you can simply put them by going to Appearance > Widgets section, more info can be read here => http://bit.ly/2mTWr1g
I will also get our demo search page sidebar checked and we will add some widgets there.

Product request:
I like that you have a “Patcher” but man is it tedious to update them one at a time. Especially when I have about 10 client sites using your theme. How about an “update all” option for the patcher?

Thank you for your feedback and suggestion, however not all patches are released at the same time though also the patches are separate for Fusion Core, Fusion Builder and Avada so i am not sure if this is a possibility to apply all of them together however this is a good suggestion and we really appreciate you to please send this to support@theme-fusion.com so our developers can see if this is a possibility or not

Hi, am I right in thinking that the new WooCommerce image zoom is only activated on click, and not on hover? I’ve checked a couple of your demo shop products and they appear to work that way. Our site is also working like that, and I wanted to make sure it’s not a setting somewhere I’ve missed. Thanks…

That’s correct, the zoom function is activated when clicking the image. This is also the case for the default WooCommerce single product gallery image if you were to disable the Avada single product gallery.

Not sure what happened, but with the latest release there are several new bugs introduced with the templates and the inability to update, change, remove several things within the template. http://gohi.org/contact-us/ cannot change nor remove the Title bar. Notice what happens to the title bar on this page that it defaults to the header and cannot change it here either. http://gohi.org/378-2/ Note the slide show does not allow for controlling the image size either. Hmm, something odd is going on. We’re not able to replicate any of these issues, are you running 5.1.6 with updated Fusion Builder and Fusion Core plugins?
The page title bar issue you report is very odd, have you cleared all your caches? Browser, plugin and server?
Also go to theme options > dynamic css/js and click reset fusion caches.
These are odd issues indeed, none of them are replicable on our side or any of our 20+ demos. The only thing that comes to mind is cache, or possibly a bad update, meaning missing or corrupt files. You can try to clear out he caches as described above, and also try to load fresh theme files and remove the old ones.
Do you “replace” the theme files when you update, or remove old and then add new? Maybe you have old and new files, it’s always recommended to delete the old theme folder/files, then install the new versions.

The normal price is a flat rate for all buyers, but we do run the occasional sale like we have currently.

Hi,
This may sound a little stupid but how do you change the colour of the content box button? I have some content boxes setup on my page and I’ve changed every possible colour setting in the Theme Options but no matter what I do the content box button (where it says “Learn More”) won’t change in colour.
Any help would be really appreciated!

There is an option to set your header below the slider, so when scrolling down, the header will move up the page until reaching the top and becoming a sticky header (when enabled). You can see this demoed here > http://bit.ly/2oScehX

Then setting the slider’s position to “Above” in Theme Options > Header > Header Content; (see > http://prntscr.com/ez8wbv)

Hi, I installed the patches that come with the theme and then imported the classic shop demo but now the Theme Options are not displaying I’m just getting a blank page.

Depending on the timeline of when your patches were applied, this might be due to an issue for some PHP versions and our recent patch addressing mime type issues. We updated that patch so simply reapplying it through the Fusion patcher will correct this issue.

Hi I installed the theme on a clean wordpress install today, then I applied the patches as the theme suggested. After this I installed the classic shop demo and that’s when the theme options stopped working. I’ve downloaded the patch you mentioned above and applied it manually but it’s made no difference, any ideas?

There shouldn’t be anything that causes TO to stop working, that’s odd indeed. The only thing I can think of is low resources, check the system status tab to see if any values are in red, however that should not make the theme options stop working.

The blank page does sound like server resources, I would check on the System Status tab for sure to see if any values are in red. If so, adjust those and it should fix it. The only other thing I can think of is a corrupt install for which a clean install should fix it. Either way our team can gladly check it out and see what is going on through a ticket where we can get the information we need to login and view what is going on.
