Hi, We’ve been using Impreza for our website for a few years now. We have plans for a new site and I’d like to use Impreza again, but I want to play around a bit first. I am trying to figure out how you created the “Services” section on the one-page Agency theme, however, when I sign up for a test drive, it only shows me the main Impreza demo. Can you tell me how this was done?

Hey, after the WooCommerce update, the option to edit product variations isn’t working properly. I thought your recent update would fix it but it’s still not working. If you make a product variation, you get a nonstop loading screen. I’ve been getting around it by hiding the loading screen with CSS but would prefer a fix soon if possible. Please deactivate all third party plugins which are not the part of theme package, clear all caches and if the Variations tabs will start working, activate plugins one by one to find the issue.
We checked Variations on our environment, and it works just fine there, if deactivating plugins won’t help, create a ticket on our support portal and provide credentials via private reply (URL, admin username and password) so we could investigate the issue better.

It’s happening on all 5 websites that I’m currently using Impreza on, and they have no plugins in common. Unfortunately, my support for all the licenses I purchased have all expired now but this problem only occurred after the update so I’m pretty sure it’s a bug in the theme. The caches have been cleared, I’ve reinstalled the theme + WooCommerce, and the problem is still there.

As I can see this issue isn’t related to Imrpeza, because variations don’t work even with default theme, also you are using outdated version of Impreza, please update the theme to the latest version 4.3.1 (read how to do it easily). Once it’s done, update all 3d party plugins to their latest versions as well. Don’t forget to make a backup before updating to be in safe.

Anyone else having the problem, please note that it isn’t Impreza or WooCommerce, it’s actually a plugin called Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer. Disabling or updating this plugin will fix the issue. https://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-addons-for-visual-composer/6892199

At the moment Impreza doesn’t provide this feature out of the box, you can change the icon using custom CSS if you’re familar with it, or you can hire a separate developer for this particular job.

Only one small issue…
The slider (Slider Revoluation) at the top is displaying the text colors differently. On desktop it’s black color, which is what I want. But on mobile the text is white and not readable. Where is the setting to adjust how the slider appears on mobile?

Hello, I’m working on optimizing the site and I see that Pingdom, Pagespeed Insights and GTmetrix download site scores for not correcting the “Remove query strings from static resources” and point to: /wp-content/themes/Impreza/framework/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.7.0.. I’ve solved all the other query strings, but this one from webfont I have not gotten yet. Can you help me?

I already did this, and it actually deletes the query strings except this: ...../wp-content/themes/Impreza/framework/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.7.0.

I have updated Impreza via Wordpress from 3.1 to 4.3 following https://help.us-themes.com/impreza/installation/updates/
After the update, in Theme options I can’t see the new options of 4.3 version, just the 3.1 options. Also, if I click on “Layout Options”, “Colors” or “Header builder” the screen doesn’t change and remains in “General Settings”.

Hi, I love this theme! It so easy to work with. I have installed the One Page Agency demo and am modifying it. The problem is with the icons – I can’t get them to animate with ‘owl winking like’ animation where it fills with colour. Can’t find a reference to this anyhwere. Your help will be appreciated!

When you hover over them there is an effect of a solid colour filling the icon from the top to the bottom, just like an eyelid closing within the icon. It is that effect I wish to achieve.

1. You can change Header Orientation at Theme Options > Header Builder, to make sided header.
2. It’s possible, take a look at this article for details.
3. Yes, you can use SVG logo in header area, just add it as a regular image.
4. Just place your logo into central column to make it appear in center.
5. At the moment Impreza doesn’t provide this feature out of the box, but you can add this word easily with custom CSS code, once the theme is purchased, you can create a ticket on our Support Portal ( https://help.us-themes.com/ ) as Customization, and our developers will provide a solution when they have some free time.

It should be a dropdown MENU… for US and Canada like always… See your IMPREZA minimal demo store…. go to buy product and checkout page… put US or CANADA as country and the province and state will not show…

Hi, seems impreza is not ready for VC Version 5.1.1. On the theme page it only goes up to Visual Composer 4.12.x but the yesterdays update came with 5.1.1. Website Crashed. Any suggestion?

Ok yes I figured this out looks like a bug in the footer conversion. Made like 5 default footers. I deleted all but one, still would not work. Had to make a second footer just made a blank one, then set to that one… then I reset it again to the right footer and it worked. I also had to clear cache, but think that was only one part of the equation.
