That’s when you uploaded by individual account through wordpress, you can also try to upload using FTP account like in your instructions to install the theme!

That actually is a slider that just has one image added to it. So if you were wanting to rotate through multiple images, it would just need additional image slides added to it and you would be good to go.

There aren’t any errors in the browser console indicating that resources are failing to load or that there is a conflict of some kind. Try going to Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS; and disabling the JS compiler and setting the CSS compiler to “Database” as a test. Then refresh your page.

If it works correctly, then click the “Reset Fusion Cache” button from the same Theme Options panel.

That looks like your JS isn’t loading properly / has a conflict. This will most commonly happen after updates when you don’t clear your browser cache.

Try clearing your cache. After updates or applying patches, it’s best practice to clear the cache so you’re not mixing old cached files with new updated files. That will cause instability.

Also try from an incognito/private browser window to be sure no browser cache is loaded.

This is most likely due to incompatible versions on your site or you have “overwritten” the Avada plugins and theme during the update instead of removing the old versions first, then uploading the fresh versions. Did you update through an FTP upload?

I would recommend removing the current files you have for Avada and the Fusion Builder and Fusion Core files. Then do a fresh install.

Our theme can indeed render HTML / CSS and JS code inside pages without issues however the CSS styling depends on what classes and html element form is using so answering your query about the styles is not going to be easy as we have no idea if the styles will work or not, if its using basic input fields without any inline or custom CSS classes it should render just fine, however in any case you can put your own custom CSS inside Avada > Theme Options > Custom CSS Tab and it should respect those styles

For any 404 Errors console errors for font files such as IcoMoon or FontAwesome, the issue will most likely be due to a set-up error in your WordPress installations wp-config.php file

Using FTP, edit the wp-config.php and check for a line:

define(‘WP_CONTENT_URL’, ’/wp-content’);

If you see that, this will need changed. Instead of a relative path like this it needs to be the full URL.

Example:

define(‘WP_CONTENT_URL’, ‘https://websiteexample.com/wp-content/');

It is important that it is WP_CONTENT_URL not WP_CONTENT_DIR

Please Note: The URLs defined in that constant should be absolute URLs. This is a design decision according to the WP core dev team, and hence we follow the WP Core setup.

I had already checked and my wp-config.php file does not have the line: define(‘WP_CONTENT_URL’, ’/wp-content’);

I still added your line to the wp-config.php file, but that doesn’t do anything to resolve the issue.

It must be some lib path bug in your recent update as nothing else had changed. Please look into this. It looks like I am not the only one with this problem.

When did i ever say that? I did disable the plugins for you my comment was about the second email where we were not able to log into the WP admin panel, when i disabled the plugin it kicked me out and i was never able to log in to the WP admin at all and with no FTP details there it was no way in.

We certainly are trying to assist you in your support thread, when trying to log into your WordPress Dashboard the credentials provided are not working for us.

The original issue being investigated is this:

Getting error in console: avada-fusion-options.js?ver=5.1.6:127 Uncaught ReferenceError: noUiSlider is not defined at createSlider

This is more than likely down to a 3rd party resource, however, in the process of diagnosing the issue at hand, our team member were kicked out of your WordPress back end and with that also requested FTP access to then check the plugins folder

1. We have a CSS & JS compiler in our theme built in that you can use to compile the CSS and JS files and it can be enabled / disabled from Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS Tab, you can read more info about this here => http://bit.ly/292wUxN

2. We have no lazy load option right now and you will require to use a plugin for this at the moment.
