Hello,

I’m trying to update your theme since you released the 3.0 version. Every time I’ve updated it, when I try to acces my web, appears a blank page and I can’t view neither do nothing in the web, so I must restore a backup to have the web accesible again.

Any solution for this problem?

Please update the theme via CPanel, I hope you will not find the issue. Actually, when you update the theme via FTP sometimes files will crash and not uploaded properly. So please always use the Cpanel to upload the theme it’s safe and secure.

after i installed the RTL demo it stoped at the Processing menus ,what should i do?

I think you have not installed all the theme plugins. Please go to Porto >> Plugins >> Install and activate all the plugins before the demo import.

Hello! We have updated Woocommerce and Porto to the latest versions and still have a problems with translating cart and checkout pages. We already tried loco translate, poedit and some strings impossible to find for translate, and some of them already translated but not showing up one the site as translated! Please help, all were fine before updates!

We have updated the theme translation file en_GB.po and .mo file. Please use the new file and then translate it into your language with the latest theme, I hope you will not find any issue with it.

Hi,

Yes, you can use the direct en_GB.po and .mo files for your translation but for this you have to use the English language from the WP settings. If you select the Russian language from the WP settings then you have to use the ru_RU files.

after i install the theme ( Porto Shop 7) it stop at the procedure – Processing menus

I get this message from WooCommerce

When I investigate – it shows me the following template is impacted:

THIS IS URGENT!! It shows a COMPLETE DISTORTED SINGLE PRODUCT – which laps over to the next product.

The website loads super slow. I talked to my hosting and they said that it had nothing to do with hosting as server load speed was really fast but it has to do with the website configuration. When i did a quick search on google page speed it came up with this – “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content” . What’s your take on this? How do i elimate the render-blocking javascript as suggested by google?

As I already told you that there is no bug in the Porto 3.6 version related to the Woocommerce. Please update your theme via CPanel then you will not find any issue with that.

Tried that and no luck. Nothing but issues with this theme. I need to know how to properly use this so I can stick with porto or find another option. I’ve never had to upload themes via cpanel. I’m not sure of the reason why I’d need to do that. Regardless please let everyone know the step by step for your process in the cpanel to avoid the issue in the future.

Is it possible to disable the sidebar menu in the mobile panel? We have the main menu on display and are using categories as links for our blog sidebar but it displays on the mobile panel.

Please deactivate your all cache plugins then please go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Compile CSS Section >> Click the Save Changes Button >> Then Click the Theme CSS button >> Then Click the Plugin CSS button to recover your site settings and colors options.

I am sorry to post my feedback on this forum. But i would like to bring to ur notice that ur support team response time is very slow. After Installing the theme the site got crashed. It took days to bring it back. On installing the demo content the site working got effected. Its been days but issue still not resolved. If this is the kind of support i will be getting then i am sorry to say this theme is a waste for me

You said that no worry about max_execution_time of 30, but in the recommended php configuration in the link you gave, it says in the recommended php configuration limits that max_execution_time should be set to 180. Can you please clarify? We really want to get your theme but are stuck with our hosting limits. Thanks again!

can icons be added in sidebar menu in demo-shop-1 ? Just like in demo shjop 2..

OUR CUSTOMER DON’T WANT FONT AWESOME. And that is exackly why I asked prepurchase question. As I said before purchase, we need icons like in Demo shop 2 (custom/porto icons).
