Just Purchased the theme. I’m about to take it for a spin, however I wanted to know a few things before I start.
Let’s say I’m importing a Store demo, do I have to install the WooCommerce plugin first before installing the demo? or will Importing the demo import everything? This question goes for any other type of demos as well.

Hello, so far the theme is very nice…However its running Very slow … and hosting provider is claiming they are getting issues due to the Fusion Builder. Is this correct, or is there something I can do to speed things up? So far I have done nothing to my site except load the theme and added 2 small images which are barely over 1mb in size.

Images over 1mb in size are actually considered large for use on the web. As they accumulate on your site, it can add considerable loading time. As for optimizing your site, there are two primary resources I would recommend you to check so you can see what specifically is slowing your site down. There are some server settings which could dramatically slow your site down if they weren’t configured. For example, you’ll certainly want to have gzip compression enabled on your server. 1. There are several shortcode ready areas in Avada that you could add advertisements. These would vary depending on your specific layout. However, with Header V4, you can add the shortcode / banner code directly to the header through theme options. That would display in this area here > http://prntscr.com/f15t95
You could also add them to the page content, sidebar widgets and footer widgets.
2. The theme is definitely suitable for blog / magazine oriented sites. There are numerous blog layouts to choose from which you can see demoed here > http://bit.ly/2leLkgs More styles can be found under the “Blog” menu item > http://prntscr.com/f15un8

Hi, I am interested in your theme. I’d like know if i can define differents width of the SIDEBAR in the different page. Concretely I need to do the following: 1. For “content pages” I need a width of SIDEBAR = 30%. 2. For “blog pages” I need a width of SIDEBAR = 20%. 3. For “custom post type pages” I need a width of SIDEBAR = 50%. Is it possible with same options included into DASHBOARD AVADA SETTING? Or maybe is it possible make it with a SNIPPET into CHLID THEME (i know that AVADA provide child theme). I wait your reply.

This would be easily done through a few lines of custom CSS. The theme options allow you to set the sidebar width for single and dual sidebar pages, but it doesn’t have this option for individual pages. However, you can easily set the theme options to what your most common pages will be, then use a snippet of custom CSS to change the content and sidebar widths for that page / archive type.

thank you for your quick answers. However the columns are still not aligning properly. The problem is that there is no CSS for the column to float left rather than they are floating left and with a big spacing anyway i went ahead and did that and its the same http://prntscr.com/f0sd0d . Send that screenshot to them since the CSS changes by doing it 0 ( it was YES ) but still the DIV-s are not floating

Hi Avada team, Starting with the last updates, the fusion builder has incompatibility problems with CDN and with deploying the websites from staging to live on WpEngine servers.
I talked to their support and they pointed out the fusion builder new compatibility problems. Considering WpEngine is a major WordpressHosting company, I just wanted to bring this out to you as you might want to look into it.
You built an awesome theme and I feel bad to see incompatibility problems with such an important Wordpress hosting provider.

We use WPEngine ourselves
They have told us the opposite, that it’s not a problem with us but in certain cases they have to do it themselves due to auto deployment issues (sometimes it works, sometimes it does not, that points to a system issue not FB).
So there is some mixed information here for certain.
What was your support ticket #? I’ll contact the Senior Tech and have him explain why you were told that so we can get to the bottom of it.

There is definitely mixed information, then. I tried many times to move the updated version from staging to live and not one time worked. After being on the phone with wpengine technical support for a while, they said the new Fusion Builder has some incompatibility with the process of moving from staging to live and it can’t be done. My solution was simple, deactivate the fusion plugins and move to live, and after that, I just reinstalled the fusion plugins. Updating the theme and plugins on live environment worked also.
I don’t need any support help, I was just passing along Information, with the hope that this problem will be fixed.

What you have mentioned there looks like a “Toggle” to me actually, however we have a pagination element in our theme that you can use for this as well, what it will do is divide your content into number of pages and then view through each of them, you can read more about it here => http://bit.ly/2phIB8l

We are very interested in your theme but we have one question. We have bought another theme previously and this theme turned out to be very slow. We have tried everything the author of the theme suggested and there is no improvement. Now we are looking for another theme but we want to make sure we won’t have the same issues. Unfortunately trying out any theme from themeforest is not a possibility, however you can checkout our theme speed results from any speed testing site and you will see how Awesome the results are.
Avada performs extremely well in speed tests. Let us go over this in detail.

Our code block does render JS code so it should work just fine as far as the code is correct, please try and put the code inside Avada > Theme Options > Code Fields area too as well.

There should be no issues with images for sure on mobile or desktop, please make sure that you do not have JetPack’s (photon) extension installed, however there can be various reasons and in order to assist you precisely we need you to open a support ticket with us please.

Hi, I’ve done two tickets now but I’m not getting any confirmation emails. I did find the ticket in my account sitting “in process”. Since I’m not getting the confirmation emails from the support tickets, I’m concerned about my ticket being addressed/and or getting notifications for replies. I’ve checked my email on file and everything seems fine.

For the “Architect” demo, the menu is displayed on the bottom of the screen, when viewing the site in mobile version, I noticed when you click on the menu, you can hardly see the menu as it drops below the viewport. Is there any way to make it so it scrolls down the page to show the menu or make it so the menu opens up instead of down?
