Can I use the same email for support I use for ronneby theme? Or d you have separate email?

Hi, i have recently bought and installed this theme. In the wizard two plugin instalation failed. Then, when i try to install them manualy i get this message:

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Plugin not activated. A higher version of DFD Extensions is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

For the other plugin i get a similar message.

Hi there – I have installed the theme on a production server and a dev / test server. The theme works perfectly on the production server however I cant install the demo’s on the test server. It says “please wait…”. I’ve been waiting for 1hr now. Am I getting this message because I have installed it on two different servers?

Hello I have problem whit the logo. I upload the logo in Theme options > Header options > Header style 2 options > Header style 2 custom logos section. When i scrolled the page appears my logo but when a go to the head, appears the original logo. I use Cache Killer – the extension for Chrome browser, which is helpful with clearing the cache on the sites. But its still happen.

Another question about demos – if I imported demo 14 and but like elements from other demos – can I import xml files from ‘import’ directories to install additional demos in addition to existing one?

Hi, just purchased the license. Quick question. I really like ronneby and have 5 licenses, really great theme. The way it works with ronneby- there is main demo to import, that contains like 200 pages, and the rest of the demos. With Native you seem to be taking a different approach – there is no main demo and all demos are created equal and contin the same amount of pages?

Hello, First of all, congratulations for making such splendid and powerful theme. I would like too ask, is there an easy way to add similar or related portfolio items? I have seen in the code it was somehow started by defining the function, but was not fully developed. I was thinking the same as on blog posts, nothing fancy….just the same (3 related items with thumbnails).

Hmm would be awesome if there was a way for currency symbol (text) to be optionally placed after the amount instead of before. In pricelists etc.

As I mentioned in the past comments, I find it difficult to use the menu of Native for mobile phones. I would like to see an update that will replace the current menu used when the website is accessed by phone or tablet. It’s difficult and confusing for visitors to anticipate that they have to tap the little dots in order to trigger the second level menu. Most of them will simply tap the first level menu and that’s a link so the visitors will land on a page without knowing that under that button are some more buttons.

Here is a print screen from my iPhone 7, browsing with Safari and running latest ios.

I saw more intuitive menus used on other themes. I still prefer Native and I will buy and it and I’m sure that will be a pleasure but please find a solution for this because the only fix I can think of right now is to buy a plugin (a menu plugin) and this is not the best way around considering performance/speed, conflicts that might come up or any other problem that I might face.
