Hi, how do I add the count and the icon next to the shortlist menu item?
Go to pages and open shortlist and open it and select the “Talent Shortlist” template, then you will see the count number.
I already did so but still, I do not see the counter. I have even changed it to a different template and changed it back again. Where else could I be going wrong?

I just checked it and will work on this why the counter is not working. At first look its too strange to me, there is no other issues.
after doing this Go to “Customize > Footer Section > Most Footer Bottom Section > Left Section” where you can enter your copyright note
still your copyright stays there… it just adds a new one below, is this how it supposed to work?

Can you go to my profile page and provide us the access so that we will verify it and install new version, we notice that lesser version is in our library.
I am trying to change the “KTA – Talents Grid View” module on the home page to remove the red model details and make the “add to shortlist plus sign” on a grey slightly transparent background.
I have updated/changed the Grid View module settings on the HOME page that is the default page with the template and marked the model details hidden, but this doesn’t hide the mouse-over pop-up. I also tried to make changes in the Talent Agency settings, but neither worked.
Sorry, if this question has been asked before, I’ve spent a couple of hours searching and testing, but no luck. I watched the videos on editing the template on YouTube, but didn’t see the way to hide the model details on just the grid view.
Could you point me in the right direction to modify the look of the grid view? I am trying to make it very stripped back with greyscale images that go colour on mouse-over (which I have working), but I cannot seem to hide the model details that pop over the image and the colour of the plus background.
Any help or advice really appreciated
If you want hide the model details on the hover images, you have options to cotrol them in “Talent Agency > Custom Field” generator. Where you can make false.
Thank you for your very quick response. I still get the red box pop-up over the photo, now a lot smaller with no text in, which is great. I would like to remove the component completely from the homepage or make it transparent.
Is there a way I can use any custom CSS for just the specific module called at the time to remove the empty red bar from the image. I want to avoid changing the main template code so I don’t break any updates that you release in the future.
My client has requested that the home page needs to be “clean” and she wants the images to only have the add to shortlist sign on

Try this:
Open “Footer page” and where you can see the widgets used for footer, open mouse over the spanner icon to edit the row, click on “attribute” in row style at right side, where you can see the css style used, just change the code and done.

It seems you we using older CPT panels for uploading images, I suggest you to create new Images Panel in Custom Fields generator and use it, because the older one will be deprecated in future version.
We have disabled it and added an option to enable in customizer.
Please use older one if you must need it otherwise use new custom fields.
For older CPT panels:
Go to “Customize > Talents CPT Panels Settings” where you have an option to enable it.

Its bit issue for dates as we keep on updating mainly the plugin.
Any date would be great, just helps establish if there has been a recent update or not.

Is there a way to have a “contact model” in the page of model? So that x-person can directly contact x-model.

OK, thanks, I’ve tried experimenting but can’t get anything to display, even after setting the pages such as registration page link and the talents slug name etc. guessing there needs to be a shortcode or custom field to display the content on the pages?
Also, if you could make the talent agency plugin more user friendly I’m sure you could release it as a standalone plugin and charge for it, as there’s a lack of user-friendly talent agency plugins at an affordable price

I have clicked Register, entered the market username and the purchase code. After that i typed the new user account and password but when i clicked next there was some kind of an error and the process didn’t went through. Now i cannot make another account. I need acces to the support forum. I want to know how to add the Name, Gender, Age etc. details on the Comp Card when i download the pdf for the models. I need to make it look like the Print Page, the option next to the pdf button on the Comp Card Images page. I also want to know how to have the website in two languages but with different page content in relation to the language. I use the Polylang plugin.

3. While creating talent options you have an options true/false whether you want to display those meta fields in the PDF or not, if yes it will be displayed on comp card.
4. The is comes with .po file you need to translate it into your language to mange it as your languages, but really I have no idea how to make to multiple languages, you can follow the plugin instructions.
The language plugin should work. All the settings are correct. It also works on other themes without any issues.
The problem, when using Polylang with Gilda, is that i have to use the “change language buttons” like a link to homepage. When i am viewing a page and want to change the language, it loads the homepage. If i want to click the “change language buttons” in order to load the page i am viewing but in a different language, i cannot have the same page in a different language. The pages are automatically translated in the default language.
I could us the “change language buttons” like homepage links but i cannot use different homepages in different languages (which is very important).
It seems that the theme is not compatible with the plugin. Could you please help with the Polylang plugin support?
Any word on the issue? I really need Gilda to work with Polylang. Or at least please recommend another language plugin that works with the theme.
We checked this using WPML and works fine, sorry not yet checked in this plugin.
Thanks but i would still prefer Polylang. It’s already implemented and it would take a lot of time to configure the site again. And i would also prefer a free plugin. WPML would raise the costs.

Sorry, i wasn’t so clear about what i said. My english is not too god. I was referring to Polylang when i said it was already implemented. I have not installed WPML because it is a plugin which requires purchase so i would prefer a free one.

We have gone through the plugin and installed, we see the languages is changing when we click other languages link? did you set the plugin properly? are you sure? please make it once again and confirm it, try to watch the youtube tutorial how to use the plugin.

Sorry for the late response. The language is changing but i cannot have different content on pages for all the languages (different text, for example). If i have have a page in a first language and i link it to the translated page, the content of those two pages is the same. The only way i can have different content on those pages is if i unlink them. But if i do that, when i click to change the page language (on the site) it automatically redirects me to the home page, it does not load that page in a different language.
Sorry, we tested from our send and found that the theme is working fine.

We fixed major bug “wp admin dashboard loading issue” it was taking lot of time when changing from one screen to other screen, so I strongly suggest you to update theme and plugins.
In all plugins we added automatic updated alert message for all our plugins in order to get alert message when ever we make fix the bug or add new feature etc., you must update all plugins as per the alert message.
ANOTHER MAJOR UPDATE TO TALENT AGENCY PLUGIN:
We have added most flexible multiple form generator, you can add multiple forms like for Models, Photographers, Singers etc. Earlier there was no option like that so we added a major functionality.
You must watch this video before updating Talent agency from 1.1.9 to new one.
