If you ever would decide to implement a custom video player to be able to use html5/mp4/selfhosted video – I’d buy it in a heartbeat. It is the visually most pleasing theme. I have several themes for videos that do everything I need, except they all look like everyone elses magazine theme etc. – I have been coming back to your theme often, just to see if you ever change your mind on that.

Hi, I can’t seem to figure out how to get the social media icons appear on the blog. I basically want my blog page to look exactly like “Blog” / “Simple Type 2”. How can I achieve this?
Also, the “template” options under “page attributes” are missing all these templates like “simple type 2”, “simple type 1”, and more. Are these supposed to be built with GT3 pagebuilder? If so, how (specifically “simple type 2”)? Thanks in advance!

I however, still don’t see the social media options on the right on the template. It does say: RECENT POSTS, RECENT COMMENTS, ARCHIVES, CATEGORIES, META. But no social media options…
Hello! You can easily create the Blog Type 2. This is the default page with the Blog module and right sidebar. Unfortunately, the import doesn’t add widgets. You can add all the widgets in Appearance=> Widgets=> Default area.

Please understand you purchased ready-made theme. Unfortunately, it can’t correspond everyone needs and requirements. All the options you want to add can be done only as a custom solution.

I will answer to your comment about my review since I can’t do it there. I bought your theme because I really like it and I think it has all the options I need, just not in the bloging part. For that I needed to install your free plugin (which is great) but then I need to install another plugin for before/after… And you said I should ask questions before purchasing but honestly I never bought theme with separated options for pages and blog. Instead of being angry at me for giving you lower rating maybe you should think of implementing all the pages options into blog on your next updates. This way I think a lot of people would be happy.
We are not angry, its just a subjective point of view. Its not as easy to do move all that stuff into the blog posts because most of the things won’t work like the fullscreen galleries etc. We did this move in our latest photography theme which is based on visual composer. It allows to use modules in the posts.

I’m looking for a theme for my new website. The main objective for now is to present my photos, but later I might start writing a blog. SOHO seems to be closest to what I want. I don’t like any unnecessary elements, just simple menu on the top, with my logo and social icons, and the rest of the space is for the photos. The desktop version of SOHO seems to do quite well what I want, but there is a big problem with mobile one. When the pages get scaled to smaller size social media icons disappears. I think it is important that those always stay on the top in an easily accessible place. For example, in case with the ribbon gallery, which I like, there won’t be any links to my social media at all. Without them being anywhere, the page loses half of it purpose. I need solution for that. I have been reading your forum a bit and I know that I can’t change those things directly. I’m thinking, is it hard for example to adjust the thresholds where the elements start disappear? Is it just some numeral parameters somewhere in the code? This might be enough at the beginning because I will have small menu and just few social media icons. When the menu is collapsed, the social media buttons should stay on the left side of menu button, which is in the top right corner. The other possible solution, but probably more complicated, is that social media button should collapse in their own menu, which I will need to figure out also. I will probably need to add one more menu to the top bar for changing language. I’m going to use WPML. Do you have any comments about those questions? Is it something what is possible to adjust with small changes? Might it cause problems to the rest of functionality of your theme? I’m new to wordpress, but I’m good learner. I don’t have any experience with those things, but I have basic understanding about coding in general and ready to learn more. One more thing which I would like to change is a pinch zoom. The page should work well without it, but it is still good to have a temporary one, so you can zoom if you want, but after you let your fingers off from the screen it immediately should return to normal size.

Just to clarify that I understood you correctly, can I have social media icons and a language selector on the bottom of mobile menu with just a click of a button in control panel, or there is a need for some changes in the code?
I think for language menu it is even better to be in the collapsible menu with the rest of menus. In case when there are only few social media icons, I think there is still some space for them. In your screenshot it seems so too. Or I’m missing something? Of course I haven’t try how this would look. It might look too crowded. For many social icons, I think good place might also be the top of collapsible menu.
The ability to get media icons and language selector in the collapsible menu will lift initial pressure to solve those things right away, but I would like to go for perfect solution. My goal is not to only build a website but also to learn how to do it in the process.

No, you will not be able to add the changes via the WP Dashboard. These changes requires customization, our support staff can help you to add these buttons in the code.

Yes, it is possible to add over the Home item in menu.
It seems I will still need to edit threshold when the menu changes to mobile one, because right now social icons disappear a lot earlier before the rest. It means that there will be some devices with a little bigger screen than a phone which will not have all elements. Everything need to collapse at the same time for your proposed solution to work. Will you be able to help with that too?
There isn’t space to display the icons on smaller devices like tablets, but everything is possible to display if make custom changes.
I understand that. Sorry, but I think you didn’t understood my point. On your example website, the content of the top part disappears one by one. It need to disappear all at once or there will be screen sizes when part of content is missing.
Please read more info about responsive http://getbootstrap.com/2.3.2/scaffolding.html#responsive You are testing the theme making the browser smaller. This is not correct. Please user responsive test tools to check the theme on different screens.

Still there is a problem at least with desktop computers if someone has small screen or is using website in the small windows.
Please be more specific. What issue are you talking about? If you mean the social icons, I already stated that there isn’t place to display the icons on smaller screen dimensions. All the gt3 themes don’t display the social icons on mobile. This is not the issue. If you want to display the icons our team will add it for your installation after purchase.
The icons disappear if screen size is 1187 pixels or smaller.
The menu collapses when the screen size is 747 or smaller.
In addition to your example I tested 3 other sites using same theme and they work exactly the same.
My point is that for your proposal to work both those numbers should be the same or there will be devices which doesn’t show social icons. I also just tested it with http://responsivetest.net. Otherwise I do like your proposal even better that my initial suggestion. It just that by itself it doesn’t solve the problem completely for every device.
One website (http://www.dragonfly-drone.fr) I tested have too long menu names, which cause menu go to two lines on some devices, so I think the ability to adjust when the menu collapses can be useful feature in general.
