Screenshot isn’t needed.. It’s basic. We’ve got a website with demo import burst6 imported. That demo doesn’t have a blog, but the title name is’t the pagename but the sitename you set in settings in WordPress. And it can’t be changed.

There is no actual page title, because this is slider, and each slide has its own title. What title you refer to?
If you want to customize title tag of your HTML, we suggest using Yoast plugin for SEO.

Anyhow – we have a weird issue with the “Clients” shortcode…
When we put in client logos, with borders, and spaces – then set it to “Four” columns… the separating lines, on the last line of logos, disappears. That works fine, as it should. See here: http://i.imgur.com/hSLX7rP.png
The problem is, when you switch it to “Five” columns, the first logo on the last line, still has a separator line under it. See here: http://i.imgur.com/iPxOb8A.png
When it’s set to 5 columns, I noticed that the first logo on the last line is not getting the “border-bottom-none” CSS attribute tagged onto it.
Do you know why this is happening, when using the “Five” column setting for the client logos? ...and, how would we fix this?

Hi, I purchased another copy of this theme yesterday and have uploaded to my development site, but it is asking for me to activate Visual Composer. When I go through the process it says I have no license copies lefty – should this not be included with the theme?

When it comes to error messages, we bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer and Layer Slider), and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install.
Basically, you can ignore activation messages and use your plugins freely.

I have problems to load the demo content. I tried it already 3 times, but it always stucks. I waited every time more than an hour but it never completed. After one or two repetitions it finally finsihed, but it seems to have all content two or three times (Navigation for example). Can you help me to import the demo content, please. Otherwise i need to use another theme. Very diasppointed.

We can’t tell much without inspecting issue, but if you think it is PHP related, you can see what are requirements here https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
If you’re using PHP 7.0 or higher, we suggest you to downgrade, because it is more compatible in that case. However, WPML is commercial plugin and you can always ask their support team to help you.

How do I change the hover color of the drop down menu items background?

For some reason, in Mikado Settings>Elements, when I change the following colours and click save, the colours do not change, in fact even if i refresh the settings it shows that they have not saved.

Hi,
if your options do not save, it is most likely related to server resources. We suggest you to update them.
You should ask your hosting provider to modify you PHP settings according to this:
max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
max_input_vars = 3000
Note that these values should be the same on both Master Value and Local Value sides.
max_input_vars is especially important.

I have wrote to my hosting with the above request and they said the following…
“The only limit we won’t be able to raise is the “max execution time” but that one really shouldn’t be hit anyway.
The site is on shared hosting so these limits are all very high and would usually indicate a poorly coded script or very intensive application being run rather than normal Wordpress?”
Do you know what else could be causing this?

Hi,
Our theme works on many servers worldwide without problem, but it requires good resources. Shared hosting packages are not always a greatest solution. Sometimes they can’t handle heavy jobs like demo import or heavy plugins.

It imported demo content fine, the site is basically finished, its just those last few settings mentioned above wont save? I can’t even change these elements using css, with !important tags to override.

Hi,
Please send us screenshots of what you want to change, and we’ll try to create some CSS for you. If you already have some valid CSS but it doesn’t apply when you save it, it means you have some third party caching plugin or server caching activated so it postpones saving.

Anyone know how to fix this text in the demo? It use to scroll correctly with the background pushing up the fullscreen image but now the text just slides over the top of the image and you can’t read the text.

I created a ticket 4 days ago for support and I have not received a response yet. The Ninja Form is causing page load errors. When I add the form to my contact page, the page will not load. When I remove it, the page loads fine. Are there any known errors with this plug-in? I am using the most up to date version of Ninja Forms (Version 3.0.20).
