I am customer of your Wordpress Theme – Impreza – Retina Responsive WordPress Theme – which we really like and we use for our children’s show here at www.Kidsfashiondemocracy.com but we did a theme update and now some of the main Plugins we use for our website with your Theme – Impreza – Retina Responsive WordPress Theme – “Does Not Work Anymore” and we can not figure out why they do not appear on the front end of the website. The Plugins function fine on the Backend of the website with your Theme but is not visible on the front end of the website.
For example – We use two primary Plugins “Final Tiles WordPress Gallery” for showing photos and videos and the Plugin “Event Booking Pro – WP Plugin [paypal or offline]” as a booking calendar and both do not work since we updated your “Impreza – Retina Responsive WordPress Theme”.
We originally thought that the issue was due to the Plugins and we purchased other Gallery Plugins like “Awesome Gallery” and “Unite Gallery” and we had the same issues of the Gallery not appearing on the front end of the website.
We then purchased another Wordpress Theme “X | The Theme” and the plugins work fine in that Theme but we like your “Impreza” Theme better and wish our main Plugins worked correctly and viewable the way it did prior to us upgrading your “Impreza” Theme.
This ia causing us a great deal of issues therefore, please aid us in resolving this issue – if you can as soon as possible. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Wayne,
Unfortunately, Impreza doesn’t provide native support for these plugins, you can hire a developer to make them work with Impreza properly. For now you can restore your site from a backup in order to keep your site online with working plugins.

Unfortunately, Impreza doesn’t provide this feature out of the box, because there is no unified Android phone mockup available. You can maually replace iPhone mockups with desired images within /Impreza/framework/img/ folder but they will be replaced during theme update so you should upload them after every update.

Hi, I imported Demofiles Template “Photography”. I thought I could add my own fotos and text. But that donn’t run. I can not change the fotos and text on parent side, eg. wedding series, people series with visual composer. The Child-sides are possible to edit with visual composer, but child-sides not shown in side-list in Admin-Mode. As I had problems with the rights at installing visual composer and slider revolution, do you think it might be possible, template and demofiles also not installed correct/complete. Thanks!

I changed settings as shown in screenshot, but unfortunately result is the same as before. So I donn’t think it’s a problem of visual composer, as I also can not see the child-sites, e.g. elena-and-the-park, in backend (Admin-mode) in page-list. In page-list only shown parent-sites, e.g. wedding-series. It seems more to be a problem in the settings of the template. I’ll contact support. Thank you for your effort!

Hi, in your demo for shop pages i see that headers have the h2-tag. How can it be changed? e.g.: http://impreza9.us-themes.com/product/happy-ninja/ -> “You may also like…”. This is also for description, additional informatin without use of tabs. Can you tell me how it can be changed? So the seo-effect would be bad.

At the moment Impreza theme doesn’t provide these features out of the box.
There are default WooCommerce tags used and we don’t change them. Though you can customize these pages yourself if you’re familar with PHP coding ( take a look at official documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/wc-apidocs/index.html ) or you can hire a developer for this job.

I bought and installed Impreza Theme a few days ago. Impreza includes some Addons like Visual-Composer, Header builder etc. I cann’t install this addons, I get an error message “Please adjust the file access permissions so plugins can be installed”. I should know, what I can do to install this addons, especially Visual-Composer, because the theme don’t run without this addon. It would be no problem to load up and install this addons on hand, but the files I’ve got from you donn’t include this addons as a sepearte file, I think they are included in theme. Most probably this issue related to your particular server. You should enable uploading in wp-config.php file within your WordPress folder, try to add next line into wp-config.php:
define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');
If it won’t help, add your FTP credentials into wp-config.php file:
define('FTP_USER', 'username');
define('FTP_PASS', 'password');
define('FTP_HOST', 'ftp.domain.com');

I’m thinking of purchasing this theme to use for a larger corporate company I’m designing a site for. However, I don’t see much detail or information about the password and login features of this template… My client would like a special section where select individuals can login on the website to view private/select content (so maybe when the user logs in, they have extra options that show up in the navbar… maybe like 4 extra links). Is this possible with your template? Or does the login/password option ONLY work on individual pages, where you have to go to each individual protected page and enter their login/pw each and every time? Thanks….

Impreza uses default WordPress login and password protected features (unfortunately, it doesn’t provide desired feature out of the box), however, you can extend this functionality with some 3d party membership plugin, usually there are plugins almost for everything, don’t hesitate to check plugin compatibility and all theme features on this test drive server.

Impreza comes with Visual Composer which has a Frontend Editor. So yes, it does work with ‘front-end page builder’, but there are a few limitations (like invisible backgrounds) so we’d recommend using Backend Editor instead, check theme features yourself on this test drive server.

Im having massive problems with this theme. The support ticket system doesnt acknowledge my ticket created. Meaning that I create a ticket and it doesnt show in their portal nor do I get a email confirmation stating a ticket was created. My theme is super outdated and I need urgent help. I press activate in the theme about section and it simply redirects to a support page which doesnt work. Kindly I ask you to please help.
