2. Please make sure you are using Eduma 3.0.7 (the newest version). Now, you can add sub-menus (secondary menus) for that area. Please go to menu Appearance / Widgets / Header area, then insert Widget Custom Menu shortcode for each column.

Try all those things and let me know

Hi, I don’t mean the main slider image in the homepage. The one in an individual page (for example, Admissions): I’m trying to replace the image of the girl in the header but it’s proving to be really confusing. But I’d also like for it to be more similar to the Faculty & Staff page where the header is larger and at a brighter opacity, and the page title sits beneath it.

I’m working on the secondary menus now, and that makes sense. But is there a way for those menus to show in an individual page like a secondary navigation bar? I’m not sure of the best way to explain it but I have a mock-up that I made on photoshop that I could send over.

Thanks for fixing the footer, however could you change the footer to be just the grey? The red is super distracting and I’d like to put an image behind just like how the uni demo is like.

Can I at least get an update on the footer AND the header opacity??? I honestly think my changes aren’t that insanely difficult, and I actually have more changes but I’m trying to ease support into it as much as possible. I need to get this website up and ready by the end of July and I thought I’d be able to get it all set up by then, but with your response rate, I’m having real doubts.

Have you done ANYTHING at all? Apart from the first support of the footer?? I don’t think so. You don’t even respond to any other questions that I have about the theme. About the header opacity, about the css stylesheet. NOTHING. Your support is ASTOUNDINGLY terrible. And at this point I’d rather GET my money back and put it towards someone else who actually values their customers.

I really hope you can give me 1 more chance in this case. I closed the footer issue email so I can’t reach those new emails in the conversation quick. Just give me 1 more chance, I commit those issues will be solved in next 1 more hour, if I can’t, the refund will be given immediately with my big apology.

If it’s taken this long to get one thing fixed/addressed, how can I even trust you to respond to my other queries in the future?? The footer isn’t even the only thing I want to have fixed. This is not a matter of just getting it done, it’s a matter of actually valuing your customers and not brushing them off.

Sure you fix the footer in 1 hour, so? What about the portfolio page? What about the header image opacity? What about how I can’t get rid of the header image even in the News page? The more I go through this template, the more I realise how I’d need your support more and more, but you just don’t provide it.

+ Create lesson meta. In each lesson, we will create a text box. It will be for the Reward content.

+ Override the lesson template. Add a condition (if user finished the lesson) to show the Reward content.

+ Add some style and JS script to make the Reward box looks nicer.

Hi there, the link doesn’t work. It takes me to the customize page or account page. Doesn’t take me any sort of guide.

Have actually also looked on the dashboard and nothing. So a little confused by what i am supposed to see.

When clicking on the link it just redirects to homepage with the customize menu.

Hi sorry i know there have been holidays but really starting to freakout cause the site is so screwed up. Hopefully we can restore the site to how it was. Even the logo has suddenly disappeared and has been replaced with the EDUMA logo. I last updated towards the start of this year, and the reason i updated now was because i was told the payments section in EVENTS has been fixed.
