Hi, this theme is really nice for me who is a newbie in site design. I want to ask how i change Header font size and type? I see your Header video guide but i have only ‘General’ tab in Header Setting. There is no ‘Typography’ and other tabs.

Hi, it’s really a nice theme, I have a problem with the shop.
1. I would like to view shop products as a demo

I was able to remove the sidebar to the right, but the image is put up and the text and the “add to cart” down …. how do i insert the products as in the demo?

I’ve been working with that theme now for a few hours. So far I find it not very user-friendly to be honest. (I compare it with the Uncode theme.)
1. It seems like you cannot work in multiple browser tabs parallel. Savings seem to get overridden. I experienced that with other themes before. To me, it is a pain in the ass, if I have to close and reopen tabs all the time.
2. The FreshBuilder offers a lot of options, but it is highly complex and it takes quite some time to understand how it all works.
3. I have not found, where to change the font settings globally for the different H headings.
4. The preview button has disappeared. Don’t know, if this is meant to be like that.
5. Colors that I have saved in Global Color section get overridden again? There seems to be no other spot to manage colors than in FreshBuilder. I have no clue how to save colors in the Global Color section, so that they keep getting saved there?
6. The documentation is kind of “brief”, to say it very politely.
Maybe you can tell me, how to work more efficient with your theme.

1.) Multiple tabs overrides only global options, like color library. Otherwise you are free to use them. If you think about the architecture, that the color library is actually global, it’s not trivial to share it across all tabs. You are approx 1 guy from 1000 who noticed this behavior. But we will improve it in future
2.) I strongly disagree here Every element in FreshBuilder have “General” tab. This tab contains all the settings you need to set for this element. It’s intuitive and well-describedr. Also every element have 4 system tabs (Box Model, Typography, element.style and custom code). These system tabs are inserted consistently across every builder interface. This is first time in history you can actually use any builder like this
3.) In current situation you can use the “Global Styles” located in the particular elements. We will be drastically improving this area in near future
4.) Due to poor WP architecture, preview button does not work, so we hide it. Anyway there is much powerful tool – using quick save, which automatically saves your page and refresh the brower tab.
5.) Explained in #1
6.) Strongly disagree here as well . We really push our users to watch the “Introduction” video with engilsh voiceover. We also provide approx 20 – 30 video tutorials with english voiceover, covering every part of using the theme. These could be found on http://arktheme.com/ at the bottom of the landing page

I am having issues with SSL on my website using your theme. I am using a multisite environment and when I use simple SSL, it should work. I have done this to countless other website without any issues at all. I am getting insecure content from Fonts. I sent you a message via support, but no reply yet and I am really tired of running into issues with this. All links gets changed, everything gets changes to https, but insecure content coming from plugins folder which holds fonts. Like I said, I have done this several times and this is the first time using running into issues and the only difference is your theme. I read something about going into theme folder and updating links manually. I just want this thing to work…

what will deleting this folder do to my website? and why do I need to delete it?

OK, I installed it. I just want the SSL to work. I deleted the folder as you said and the site would not load. I am trying to go back to http without secure and the logo will NOT change from https to http. I would really like my site to be ssl, but I would be happy to just get it back to normal at this point.
I have a lot of work invested into this website and it is really bothering me that I cannot get this to work.
OK, lets start again please. I installed the folder and also installed Really simple SSL and now everything shows https and in back office admin area, its fully secure with green padlock. Can you please assist me to fix the front end to also get it to be secure.

Ark is a great theme and all but unless I am missing something, how do I add a local video t my Home page in my header section but there does not seem to be a browse button that will take me to the Media Library. I see that a YouTube videos are supplied via link, is this how a local video is enabled as well with a direct link you have to grab from the media library. Seems a bit backwards and not intuitive

first, your theme is great, when I spend more time on it, I love it more, just there are 2 function is ARK can have will be prefect,
(1) submenu, ex: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/sub-menus/
(2)sidemenu. ex: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/accordion/ It can auto show same level page in sidebar, and also show active in current page
Because show website have more page and level, with this 2 function can help user understand where he/she is

Ark is getting bad GTMetrix, GZip not working with Ark, but Gzip works with other themes. Going to request refund.

1.) We were able to achieve GTMetrix score about 90
2.) GZip works with Ark without any issues, I personally tested it and there is nothing theme related which eventually could interfere
About your refund, we are accepting all refunds without any questions. But in your case I think that these issues can be easily solved. So I’ll reply to your refund and ask you for your credentials. Of course if you are not interested in assistance, we will refund you. But I honestly believe that Ark is one of the greatest themes ever made so you would actually benefit from giving it a shot.

Hi Congratulations, your theme is great, but it lacks something very important a Responsive Menu section Blocks to create several custom headers. One more section menu that has the possibility to choose for which screen size it would become responsive. Think about putting it in the upcoming update of Ark.

Hi, I just bought this theme and am following the documentation to set it up. I am at step 4, Fresh builder. I cannot get it to activate. I keep getting message: “There is a problem with FreshBuilder. Your page will be refresed. Please be patient then, the FB cache needs to be rebuilt…” I went to “System Status” and cleaned the cache. The CFBB cache is showing 2 files. I’ve tried to clean a few times. Help please! I am very early in setup process and want to do more

Hi! 1. I try arc theme on my friend website and i found that it does not work in such builders as “beaver builder” and “elementor”. A fresh builder is a very good plugin, but sometimes I would like to be able to use a different builders with your theme. 2. I have a great idea how to make your plugin the best among other builders: make it possible to inline editing texts and pictures in the front-end. The fact is that the fresh builder is a very good plug-in for the developer, but it is complicated for the usual site editor. And a big mistake for all developers of builders is that they completely duplicate the interface of the builder in the front-end. The best solution is to create 2 interfaces: complete for developers and very simplistic for site editors
