My embedded vimeo video is not playing on mobile device. IT only shows a screenshot thumbnail of the video. I have the plus version of vimeo. Is this a theme issue? Am I missing something?

i’m using Polylang, and what i need is for the language switcher to appear in the header, in the top right conrner, and in the footer centered and under the copyright section.

Hi there, I’m just getting started with the template and have an issue with visual composer not loading the alternative portfolio or bold startup pages at all (maybe some others too, but I haven’t checked them all). I’ve been able to use it with some of the other pages though so I’m not sure what the problem is. I’m using hook 1.7 and visual composer 5.1.

Hi there,

We have a few issues and questions about the template. Would you be able to help us resolve them?

1- When viewing the site on a phone in Android, we have some problems with the spacing in between certain paragraphs. They are not all the same. How can we adjust that?

2- in the portfolio, once we click on a video which is on Vimeo, there is some text appearing just underneath it, slightly behind the video frame. How can this be removed?

3- in the portfoilio, once we click on a video and get to the video page: a) there is a “back to portfolio” button at the bottom. The bcakground colour of that buton is white, how can we change it to black (since we have changed the background colour of the video page to black) b) the only way to go back is to either click the X at the top right, or click “back to portfoilio” button. Unfortunatly, the browser’s back button does not work to go back. Is there a way we could fix that? c) There is and issus with the video dates. It shows as the date on which the video was loaded. We want to hide that field as it’s not relevant for us. How can we do that?

4- the colour of the menu field at the top of the template isn’t exactly the same as the colour in the rest of the template (especially when compared to the colour in the “contact” area), although it appears we have choosen exactly the same colour. Is there a reason for that? Can we do anything to align the 2 colours so they match perfectly?

Hi, Im using Hook, and the site is working brilliantly on most browsers – except in IE9, the coloumns arent working properly – instead of 2 column they are only showing as 1 column. I have checked on the original content form 1 click install and this is the same. is there a work around

Hi Pirenko, I am having issues with uploading a new font to the theme. I have used the fontsquirrel website as directed in the documentation. I believe the problem might be the path chosen to upload the webfontkit folder to my website’s server. I followed the example file you uploaded using this method, namely this one: “Self hosted font example: http://www.pirenko.com/wp-content/themes/aria/inc/fonts/bebas_neue/stylesheet.css”. I tried to place my uncompressed webfontkit folder into the same directory (which is this one: “/public_html/wp-content/themes/hook/inc/fonts/webfontkit-Autumnchant/stylesheet.css” and setting the font-family to ‘autumn_chantregular’ as this is what is written in the stylesheet.css file. When I set the font in the theme to autumn chant, it shows up as something like times new roman. Would you know where I am messing up? Thank you

How do you get the different page transitions to work within the theme. For example, I switched the options to slide in / out horizontal… but the transitions have not altered. What am I missing?

... and click on “our work.” The menu takes us to “our work” but “about us” is highlighted.

Hello, how do we change the order of the portfolios?

The photo gallery used via Visual Composer isn’t working on mobile devices. It brings up a blank white screen without ever loading the lightbox image.

We have successfully created the website but notice a couple of minor issues as follows:

1.) On mobile devices, we noticed that portfolio items (and maybe other post types) quickly shift upwards after scrolling down the page. I’ve included a video to illustrate this: http://sttu.info/2nJM5CH

2.) It would be nice if the loading screen popped on as soon as a link is selected instead of loading after the new page begins to load, so that the user isn’t wondering whether the mouse/touch registered properly. Is this functionality easy to modify?
