Hey Guys!

We would like to extend support but before we do that, we need to get a couple of questions sorted:

We wonder, if we extend support, you would be able to help us on the following things:

1) Change the currency symbols, for example from $ to US$

2) To make the “size” option of a clothing product show inside the checkout table on checkout page

3) To hide the “related products” completely from wordpress

4) To help us on implementing the pay through credit card into the theme with “Paymill” (it’s more of a layout kind of thing, because we already got the plugin)

5) Help us to change our main site from http to https (we already have the ssl certificate, we just need to change the primary site to https)

An answer if you may be able to help us on these things if we purchase support would be appreciated :-)

A lot of your questions are customization questions and support doesn’t offer customization services as we wrote on our support homepage​.

If you’re looking for professional help in this matter, there’s always someone available for such tasks on the WP Kraken or Envato Studio. Pricing and timeline are always straightforward there and that’s the main reason for recommending those services.

We are in an inconvenient position right now, because we still need your support on a thing, that’s happening when we create another multisite under a domain like for example: www.example.com/us

If we create this US site in the backend, the Aurum theme looks totally different and we cannot change anything in the Laborator section unfortunately. The changes just won’t go through.

So we were hoping that we could purchase your support, for you to check what’s going on with the theme on the US site. And then we got the couple of things we mentioned above.

Would you maybe be willing to help us on this? Because otherwise we would be needing to purchase your support for the US site Aurum theme and then another support from the pages you suggested.

We would be very thankful for your support

Hi, I updated wooCommerce to the newest update 3.0.7 and some of the templates from Aurum are not compatible. It gives me the following notice: “Your theme (Aurum – Child Theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”

That happens because on the latest version of WooCommerce one unimportant file changed.

The latest version of Aurum (currently 2.9.8.1) supports WooCommerce version up to 3.0.5 and you have installed the 3.0.7 version.

Now that you have updated the plugin Don’t worry, just ignore that message because you will not face any problem.

When WooCommerce releases another update, please check theme changelog if the latest version of the theme supports that version of the plugin before updating.

Hello, I have updated the theme but now I’m having problems with a lot of pluggins like Loco Translate, that doesnt let me update the translations or even with the Theme Options, I try to make changes and they do not get saved, the logo of my website dissapear and more.

Yup, everything its updated, but still have the problem to save changes on the theme or pluggins and giving me errors on some page of the dashboard.

The theme is fully responsive, it works on every mobile phone and tablet. Maybe you have forgotten to remove the top bar by clicking on the X.

Since updating the theme and Woo-commerce last week, customers can no longer complete an order. When filling out all address fields correctly, the following message is displayed “There are no shipping methods available”. In the admin area the following message is displayed: “Your theme (Aurum) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files”.

I noticed Aurum 2.9.8 supports WooCommerce 3.0.5. Since then 3.0.6 has been released, can Woocommerce be updated to this on the current aurum version?

WooCommerce 3.0.6 was a small update for the single grouped product which WooCommerce team forgot to fix, if you update it will show that your theme has outdated files of WooCommerce but in reality that’s only a single file, which means the theme works on the latest version of WooCommerce.

Has anyone used this theme for a multi-vendor store? Would greatly appreciate anyone’s experience or feedback. I am planning to use it with WC Vendors Pro. (I have used Aurum previously for a single-vendor client but am considering purchasing another license for a multi-vendor client).

This seems to be a problem with your server configuration, and that will most likely happen when trying to install other plugins through your WordPress dashboard.

You can do this by using Loco Translate plugin, each word is scanned and can be translated to any language, as I have replied in my first comment.

I did all customization on the child theme, yesterday I received an email that theres a new update of the theme. My question is Do I use “Envato Market Token” on the Child theme or the parent?

hello… I just updated the theme to 2.9.8.1. However after updation the products slider etc are not seen. I only updated through envato toolkit. My purchase id is aadc4b69-be9f-44ea-baaf-34b2730a83de however the support for this is expired. On seeing the visual composer has failed to activate.it says to renew the license. But as far as I know you provide the recent updated plugins with the updated theme.Please please help

sorry and i had to post here since ticksy is not working it says 502 bad gateway. Oh Nevermind its working now. Thank you so much for such a great theme. I never have problems with it :)

Good afternoon laborator,

I just purchased the theme and everything is looking great so far. Just one thing concerning the language.

My Wordpress core is installed in Dutch, but none of the theme buttons, texts, etc got translated upon installing. I was under the impression this would be the case.

My question: what is the fastest way for me to manually translate all the texts on the cart, buttons , category links, etc?

Hi, good afternoon, I’ve been looking at your topic and I really like it. 1 – I would like to know if you can modify the payment gateway so that it looks good with stripe and some more changes of products that fail from mobile version. 2 – I would like to know if these changes help the people who ask for it. 1— Sorry but we don’t offer theme modifications. If that is a problem of the theme we will help you for sure.

2— Our support doesn’t offer theme modifications. For more info related to this question please read this article.

3— When you purchase the theme you get 6 months free support. You don’t need to purchase an support pack if that problem that you are having is related to our theme. But if you need our support then you need to extend your support for this.

Almost all the problems that some clients write here on comments sections after the updates are related to any plugin that they use and creates that problem or they have modified the core theme files.

Related products & back ordering does not work any longer. I’ve shut down every plugin and the same result, no related products are showing on single product pages. You shouldn’t shake down customers for additional support payment when the basic functions are not working.

You shouldn’t be so arrogant considering you forgot to included related products in the last update & had to release a fix. My theme is up to date. Post a video showing how to activate back ordering in Aurum. I use back ordering in my other sites, but can’t use it in aurum.
