Ok, then please try to update the theme via CPanel. Please download the fresh copy of the theme from ThemeForest then upload the theme files via CPanel then this issue will be solved. This issue appears only when you are uploading the theme via FTP and when the connection break during the uploading it crash the theme file and then site give this error. Please upload the theme again via CPanel.

This is not the error. This error is showing that you have not imported the Demo Slider in your site which we have already included in the theme.zip files which you have downloaded from the ThemeForest. Please extract the zip file you will find the Revolution Slider Demos folder inside this folder you will fond all the demo sliders.

Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias not found. Maybe you mean: ‘home page slider’ or ‘home-dark’

You can use the purchase code on the single site not more than one live site or domain. You have to purchase the new license of the Porto theme for the new site.
All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (sub-domains or multisite installation does not matter though).
So regardless of the number of clients, license works with the number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control on this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

Because these are regular WooCommerce translations this seems strange. Do you plan to set these translations back to WooCommerce or do we have to set the translations within the template from now on?

Hi, im interested in buying your theme, i already have a theme im working for my webshop but it is missing some features like quick view, buy now in products page and it is slow…The problem is im using page builder and some other plug ins, so how would i do if i buy the porto theme?do i unistall all of my plug-ins before i install this one? Will i have help to configure, im new to visual composer so i will not know hot to use it… Is there any way i could try before i buy?

There is no need to uninstall the plugin before the Porto theme installation but if you deactivate all your plugins before the theme installation then it will be good. WE will always help and guide you about How to use Visual composer but sorry to say that we will not configure your page builder plugin on your site. We only give our dedicated support for the theme related issue not for the 3rd party plugins.
Sorry, you can not try this theme because we have not any testing site for the users.

Unable to create product attributes for variable product after woocommerce 3.0 release . There is a js error that can been seen on developer tool console in Chrome.

i am not asking for any modification or any help regarding theme functionalities i have bought the theme, trying to insert the lisence code to theme and it is not accepting,,, now for only this thing i have to buy the after sale support , though it is my right to as y your theme is not accepting code as i never used the theme on muliple website.
This error” Invalid code or corresponding Envato account does not have Porto purchased.” means that you have not purchased the theme and the purchase code is not saved in your Envato account database.
