After the update I tried to regenerate the CSS files but I received the following massage: ‘Failed Plugins CSS compilation!’.

Also Menu nr. 1 that I was using is not working anymore, the whole header is disappeared. When I select another menu its working again.

If I click on ‘Save Changes’ in the Theme Options the colors don’t change in the selected colors. In previous updates this was the way to get the selected colors as set in the Theme Options.

Updated to latest version, theme doesn’t keep settings after compiling CSS, tried in staging area and live website several times.

Even after upload saved theme settings, many colors, fonts, placements are wrong.

Any other reports like mine?

But I got some concerns about it because every update you guys have I have to updated it as well and import and export everything. takes time.

Hi. I cannot save theme options on two different porto sites. If I try to change some theme options and click “save” afterwards, an options.php-file is downloaded and all theme-data is reset to the standard-values! Please let me know how I can save theme options.

Thank you for contacting us, When you update theme via FTP it sometimes creates issues as it miss few files and do not transfer theme properly. Please try updating you theme via Wordpress as detailed here http://newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/documentation/#update_theme

Hi, I went ahead and check the websites that are using the theme and they are all SLOW. Why is this? The theme looks awesome but I am having second thoughts about buying it. Can you please confirm why the slow site?

First of all thanks for showing interest in the Porto theme.

The sites are slow because of so many reasons, maybe their server did not meet the theme requirements or maybe they are using the old version of theme or maybe they are not using the Cache plugins which we have recommended in our theme documentation.

Our lightbox functionality is broken as of last week – I have tried disabling other plugins and have not had any success.

Do you know of any reason why the lightboxes do not save what we add to them? and display as blank when clicked on the pages? We use Raw HTML inside of light box for a lot of things and right now when the lightbox is activated it shows nothing.

Hi there. I’ve never had an issue updating the theme, however now that I want to update from 5.0 to the latest version I get a blank screen. I’ve completely replaced the theme files with the new files and I keep getting this blank screen. How do I fix?

We have updated the theme translation files in our latest Porto theme 3.6.1 version. Please use the theme default language files en_GB.po and .mo files to translate into your language. I hope you will not face any issue.
