Hey anton123, Ticksy is not a forum system specific to Salient – it’s used by many authors on here and unfortunately I have no control over their servers. There was most likely unexpected downtime but they have since resolved the issue. If you ever find it down in the future feel free to post here

Unfortunately I don’t have a specific one to recommend, the form styling in Salient will still apply to any form elements so it should still end up looking like it belongs regardless of which you go with

1. You can add the sidebar into your single post page from the Salient options panel > blog tab. Make sure the option for “Hide Sidebar on Single Post” is off – this will also reduce the width that the text has to occupy

2. Could you kindly share your URL in regards so I can see your current settings to assist?

Hi, thanks for your quick reply.

I can see that there is a field for Category Image on the WooCommerce category and if I add an image to it, the h1 shows up with the image as a background behind it.

But if I don’t add an image, there is no page title.

Could this be a bug?

Hey, that should be able to remedied by setting a page header with only a BG color – however, I just noticed that the current WooCommerce is not responding to the page header text color (assuming you’d want to see it to dark) That will be fixed in the upcoming update – if you’d like access to it now please just reach out in regards form the contact form on my author page

Are you modifying template files in your child theme? If so, you would need to update them to reflect the current state of the parent theme. If you want to test if your child theme is causing the issues just disable it for a minute and activate the parent to test

Well, there were some modifications in the CSS. I have reverted to just using the parent theme (8.6) and it totally messes up the site as you can see 1) spacing on home page 2) font colour of ‘services’ has gone unreadable 3) the menu mobile works but look at the display – it’s all wrong (both on emulator/Chrome and a screenshot from the mobile itself).

Please help me fix as the site is now unusable…
