your account is active but you have no privileges to post because your support has expired. In reference to Item Support Policy, only 6 months on support is included for free.
Anyway, social icons in header are located in Action Bar so to make them appear, you need to activate action bar under BeTheme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section. but social icons in footer, can be controlled under BeTheme Options > Footer section.

We have a problem of the portfolio that is the same as your demo here: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/home/portfolio-types/accessories/ . When you check on the “All” on the filer, it does not go to All, but a random single portfolio page. Is there a way to set it back to All? On the other hand, just curious too, is that possible to set a link to pre-select a specific category when entering the product page? For example, like the product page here: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/home/products/ , can I set a link so that when clicking on it, the Accessories is selected and show the products of Accessories on the product page instead of showing all products? portfolio page can be set under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Portfolio > Options section. We forgot to set this option and that’s what “All” didn’t follow the right portfolio page.
Filtering works exactly the way you described it so if you mean something else, would be great if you can show us such example.

1. This is what for BLANK page was created exactly. Blank template set page without header and footer. Only content appears on this kind of page.
2. You can change header style under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheder > Header section.

This is very awkward I’m not finding any text size customizations in the theme panel. I saw in a google search the body text used to be changed through the customize panel but thats no longer an option in the latest betheme. Can you guide me to the documentation on this. I feel like many people wouid want to change the menu font size. Maybe I’m crazy but I’ve looked it over 20 times now. Let me know.

Hi, I am using the “Press”-Theme and is there any solution to set same sizes for images or is it possible to use the thumbnail for preview image instead the original image? featured images are same sizes if has even same proportions. Under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Featured Image section, you can set their sizes. There is also an option to crop images if are different sizes.
However, if you want images to be perfect and look exactly as you wish, you need to upload all images same sizes.

a lot of things has changed in recent WooCommerce version so we recommend to remove all theme files from FTP first and later upload the newest files instead. This should help.

Hi, I set up a list-style portfolio on a page. I don’t want the portfolio items to display excerpts but truncated content. It works if the content is filled in the Wordpress editor field. It doesn’t if the content is specified through the Muffin Builder. How can I get it to work? Cheers, Géraldine

as you already said, only the content of default WP editor can be cut. Muffin Builder is based on custom fields and that’s why it can not be taken into account as wp editor content. So if you use Muffin Builder for portfolio items, you need to use Excerpt field.

Hey! I have a full screen section with a background video. Can i set the video only for desktop and have a image with the same content on mobile devices? Cause the BG video doesn’t work on mobile. Any suggestion? Thanks!
Another thing: When we test the website on mobile, our “clients” logos are on the lef on android. On IOS is on center. Can we force the images to be always aligned at the center of the screen?

yes, you can use 2 different sections (one for mobile and one for desktop). Each section has option called Responsive Visibility and by using this option, you can define on which devices display individual sections.

Because i have some CSS for the main one at the end of the page (contact section) i think that is causing the second contact form to look like this (white)

Well…the form is white…With the no text on the fields (or white font)...maybe because of the styles applied on the main form (before the map – contacts section), like i said before. I’m wondering if there is any way of having our main form like it is now, and another one (popup one on the right/down side) with different style so the user can see the fields.

Ok, thanks for explanation. So, if you styled contact form with custom css but you wish to apply this css on specific page, you supposed to put this css under Page Options for specific page and not in general section BeTheme Options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS.
That’s not the issue at all….I will try to explain again…...
We have 2 contact forms on our main page right?
1 – at the end right above the map (main one)
2 – on the right/down corner like a button that pops up the form
As you can see in this image ( http://pasteboard.co/4C3RrPTzj.png ) the main form is working nice and there’s no problem at all….BUT, can you spot the issue on the other one (white BG and fields?) ?
Like i said before, i think that the problem with the second one is the CSS that we’re using on the main form because it’s the same form.
the question is: Can we make the second one at the corner, visually like the first one? With the same colors and etc?

Ohh, ok. So if you have 2 forms on the same page and would like to change style for one of them, you need to set ID or class name for the section where the form you want to modify is and then precede this custom css with right ID or class name,

Hello, your (multi)theme is very comfortable. Specially the Muffin Builder is very quick (even if I am missing some flexibility). But today every time I update a page the last 2-4 muffin builder elements disappears and there’s no way to get them back. So with every change I have to add 4-5 empty parts to not loose my content. Why is this happening?

On the portfolio grid widget when a user hovers over a portfolio item it display a magnifying glass and permalink icons – how do I remove these icons so when a user clicks the portfolio image it goes straight to the individual portfolio item?
How do I remove the social media sharing, hearts, date and lightbox functionality from a single portfolio item?

1) You can disable hover effect for images under BeTheme Options > Global > General > Image Frame section.
2) You can disable those details under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog > Single Post section.

The first point concerns both (blog and portfolio) but in reference to the second point, please check BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Portfolio > Single Portfolio Project and BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General sections instead. These two has some of the options you are looking for.
