Hello! Thanks for posting. There are a few options for you. The easiest way is to add code under Appearance / Theme Options / General / Custom CSS (at the bottom). The next level would be to install the child theme and add your custom css to the style.css file.

Hello, i’ve purchased & installed the theme and is all ok except for the anchor links. I have a one-page site with different sections linked in the main menù. I’ve followed carefully your instructions in the documentation and all is set-up correctly. The problem is that if i want to link directly to a section of the page from another website, (i.e. http://www.domanin.com/#anchorname) , the site open the section before that or, in other words, instead of positioning the section in the top of the browser, is on the bottom and hidden by a few pixels. Since the menù is working internally, maybe is not possible to link from an external source directly to a section? Or there is a way? Or is a bug? Can you help me please?

Hi, yes that should work just fine. If you are using an older version of the theme, that could be the issue since there was a problem a while back that has since been fixed. If you send a link to your site I can have a look.

Hi, at this time the sync is one way in the WP Booking System. There has been talk of adding the feature, but we can’t say for sure if/when that will be available.
If that is an important feature, there is a plugin we recently found out about called VR Calendar Sync Pro which supports two-way sync. In our testing the theme was compatible, we didn’t run into any issues though we haven’t tested extensively.

Hello, this is a pre-purchase question:
I am creating a room booking wordpress site (by hours). There will be around 10-15 different rooms. The users need to be able to book a room by dates and hours is this possible? Another problem I am having now is I need the landing page to have a search bar or calendar where users can search by date/time or options for the available rooms. Would this be possible to be done by Bellevue?

The theme will work well to create 10-15 rooms but you will need to find the correct plugin for your book by hour needs and for the search for available rooms by hour. The theme works well with many other plugins so i think it’s just a matter of finding the right plugin.

Hello, yes, t should work well with WooCommerce booking. Someone in the past used it without issue. Just to be clear you’ll be replacing WP Booking with the WooCommerce booking plugin? WP Booking System works with WooCommerce but no the Woo Booking plugin, but you would probably be only using one booking system. Correct?

1 – Seasonal price for each room 2 – Seasonal extra price for person 3 – Price per day/per person booking 4 – To assign a minimum and maximum number of person for each room.
I would also like to know if the theme accepts payment with credit cards.
and if the WP Booking system synchronize both ways, whith booking.com and airbnb.

The WP Booking System Pro is bundled with this theme and works very well. If you find that you need additional features please know that this theme works with many booking plugins that have unique features such as daily rates, extra charges per person etc.. We’ve even provided guides with work arounds for wp booking system. Its great that you checked with us because we are adding new features all the time.

2 – I don’t think it will do seasonal price per person. You are welcome to use another plugin for this. There are several free ones out there that do a great job and work with this theme. I’ll post them at the bottom.
3 – Price per day, no, but the makers of WP Booking System. are working on a new plugin to support daily rates. Again, there are free plugins that work with this theme that will do features like this.
4 – Yes, the plugin does supports minimum days not max.
5 – Sync works one way, it allows exporting to airbnb , google etc..
Some plugins we’ve seen work before are, PinPoint (Free up to 1 cal), WooCommerce Bookings, Scheulicity, Checkfront and HBook on Code Canyon,

Hi, that’s right about sync, it’s an export only at this time. I don’t know of any plugin that does both. It’s tricky importing.
Sorry about 4, I misunderstood. The plugin provides minimum days to book but has no options for controlling the max people to a room. You can make a dropdown for number of people and then just don’t set it to anything over your max number.

1 – The Credit Card can be accepted via WooCommerce. The WP Booking System hands off the order total to WooCommerce and then Woo takes over everything else. The payment, creating an order etc. Works just like our demo except we only show cash on delivery because we don’t have that enabled for the demo.
2 – That’s right, the work around is a little tricky, it would not cover booking dates spanning over multiple seasons. The plugin developers are working on daily rates in an new product, I think they will be sending me a version to test this week.
There are many other plugins that would also support daily rates. Have you checked out pinpoint? or Hbook? they work with Bellevue

No sorry, we use a meta box builder. You can see it in action here: http://bellevuetheme.com/2015/08/30/page-builder-overview/ It’s very easy to use.
Also, each of our content blocks can be extended in a child theme just by dragging and dropping them into a templates folder inside the child theme. You can modify the php and html in there.
We’ve also got a place to add your custom css.

Yes, you can use it. As far as I know people have been using it. The caveat is that our theme wasn’t built specifically for VC so you’ll need to use their widgets (testimonials, service blocks, etc.) as our content blocks are not widgets. I hope that makes sense.
Also, expect some bumps as its not been fully tested.

But why do you refer the Visual Composer on this page about Master Slider? I dont understand.
I see where the confusion is. Master Slider Is integrated for Visual Composer but that’s not included. It’s saying that Master Slider works with VC. I used their marketing materials on our demo to display it’s features. Sorry if there was any confusion.

Hello, thank you. yes the author returned our email two days ago and I just tested with success. Keeping in mind my testing consisted of installing, setting up a calendar and then creating a booking. It all worked. The plugin has some advanced options that I haven’t tested yet like ical / sync but the biggest concern with testing was the javascript during booking which passed.

Hi. Congratulations for this beatiful theme ! I’ve got a big issue with woocommerce. I had update your theme and now normal prices do not apply outside the promotion period. I’ve tried to delete them and create again but it doesn’t word ! Could you tell me how I can fix this trouble please?

Hmm, it sounds like an issue with WooCommerce itself and not the theme. I would recommend reaching out to WooCommerce to see i they can help. I would also try creating a new product from scratch just to see if you can make it work with a fresh product.

That sounds great. One of the changes that I was wanting was the ability to see when a person left the reservation (the date the booked) and currently you can only see the date they booked for. It sounded like there were other changes but I did not ask about those.
FYI… I was dealing with Lennart at Bryght Support on this.

EttasWeb – Help! MetaBox on all my pages went missing from the template. I received a notice to install it. Clicked on install but install failed because there is an existing folder. I opened MetaBox in Installed Plugins – shows active. Not at all sure what to do to get meta boxes back to edit. I did select DIsmiss on the notice because I could not update or install.
Cancel this request – I deleted and re-installed Meta-box and it now.

Thank you for contacting us. When you purchase an item on ThemeForest, you receive a purchase code for the product you bought directly, but not for any products bundled with it. We have a special license with Master Slider but we do update our bundled version often.
They have also disabled some premium content as part of their anti piracy policy.
I have contacted the Master Slider Pro people to ask them about their premium content because they recently blocked this. Here is their response…

HI, thanks for the follow up. I can understand where the confusion is. You actually do have the Pro version, it contains all the pro features except some of the presets. That’s how Master Slider and all the other Slider plugins do it when tehy bundle with themes (Rev slider / Layer Slider) as far as I know. If there is something specific you are looking for then I can do my best to provide you with the preset.
I will apologize on behalf of Master Slider because it’s not ideal for someone wanting access to all the premium presets. However, now that you have purchased our theme we can help if there is a premium template you want to use.

Hi there, thanks for contacting us. Good question. There is no theme option for that, but you can certainly play around with it in the child theme. We’ve made all the templates child theme friendly, meaning you can override them by installing the child theme, creating a templates folder inside the child theme, then coping over the template you want to modify. The template you want to copy over is “bellevue/templates/meta-thumb_slider.php”
Also, you can try to override the image size set by the theme. Please see: https://themovation.ticksy.com/ticket/1006913/The example above is for the blog post but you would want to target: “themo_thumb_slider” instead of “blog_image” as the article states.
Don’t forget to regenerate your thumbnails using that plugin I mentioned in the ticket.

Are you sure that this is working with Events Calandar. I ask because it is showing up a blank screen on my version. The core theme is perfect (for anyone else reading this review) this is the support for a third party plugin declared (at the time of writing) as being included with the latest release of the theme.
