Hi, I already bought the Porto HTML and Admin templates and I’m thinking about buying the Wordpress version to combine it with my WHMCS. So I would like to know for sure if Porto Wordpress comes with FULL WHMCS INTEGRATION? I see there were already 2 questions about this but I feel they are not properly answered. You said Porto Wordpress is “compatible with the [wp-domain-checker] plugin” and “fully compatible with all the servers and hosting” but you don’t confirm if the template also contains all other WHMCS pages or if it works directly with WHMCS-Bridge or WHMpress. Can you please provide some more info about this? Thanks

Yes, we support all the plugins of WordPress and we mention plugins that we have tested, and about the server, our theme will work on all server which is PHP supported either apache or IIS servers.

Dear Support Team, This purchase code, and registration stuff look annoying. I was using the theme on a single site. Site has to be deleted several times to update some custom stuff. All of a sudden registration stuff saying purchase code is already used.

Said purchase code wasn’t applied elsewhere but on the same domain within two to three weeks time span. There is an issue on your side that it can not identify the domain which claimed the code already. I’ve sent the login credentials via contact option and require your help to get this matter sorted.
One more thing, issue is not relates to the support contract but the wy you guys handle this theme registration. Need fix or reset asap.

Thanks for the copy-paste reaction. I read here a few more comments from other people with the same issues after the update to the latest version 3.6.2:
- Main menu disappears - Theme doesn’t keep settings after saving - Compiling CSS is not working
It would be polite if you check it again and maybe solve this problem instead of trying to sell extra support while hiding behind the Envato support policy.

We have already tested the theme and checked in our demos as well but did not find this type of issues. Please deactivate your all 3rd party plugins including Cache plugins then compile the CSS files again. I hope your issue will be solved.
Otherwise, sorry with support extension we can not do anything for you. I hope you can understand our limitations and follow the policy.

Ass you said I deactivated all the 3rd party plugins including cache plugins and after that I tried to compile the CSS files again. Unfortunately I still received the message “Failed Plugins CSS compilation!” and “Failed Plugins RTL CSS compilation!”.

Hello, quick question: after fresh install (wp+theme), my wordpress backend got a red sticked note in the top “It seems, you have updated your theme so please go to Theme Options under “Skin > Compile Default CSS” and Compile CSS Files and Save Changes after Compiling Successfully.” But i have changed nothing, it was a fresh clean install, any hints?

This is an update of the theme installation process, actually when ever you install theme,compiling css save those theme settings into the database so that the styles changes you make through theme options during your website development stay there and do not get lost with theme update. You can enable the overlay from Appearance >> Theme Options >> General >> Enable the Loading Overlay.
No, you can not show the overlay on the site by clicking the button. There is no option available in the theme.
