Hello, this is happening many times. When i import demo, menu icons does not show up. I think you can check this out at your side too.

I did not see how to add icon manually in your documentation too. Can u tell me how do we add them manually?

Ok, thanks. Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) then and check how many html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine. Anticipating your question, those errors are not associated with the theme and were made by you or one of your extra plugins.

Hello, But this website is just fresh wordpress instalation. There should not be issue with that. This happened to me when i try to install VPN demo as well.

Shold i ask to my hosting company about it? Or did you see any issue in my html codes.

Last time your support member had told me the code that we paste into menu label area manually. Can u provide us what was the code for menu icons in your documentation or here please.

Sorry, but this is not true. This is not how clean, demo import looks like. We suggest to do complete re-installation of theme on fresh database.

I start tweaking the demo site now for sure. But first i tried two times demo installation on fresh database, however icons do not show up.

Anyway, i will try to find out how to put those icons there

You don’t have any icons/images next to menu items because there is nothing in the code. So to get icons next to menu items, you need to put them with html code:

<i class="ICON-NAME"> </i> Menu title

I have a question for this theme – i want to use it as a one-pager but when i create my menu and load the homepage – the menu items for my anchors are also like the home menu link (line above the nav menu item). How do i prevent this from happening so that all my menu items dont do this for the sections on the homepage?

Ok, thanks. So to move the sidebar into the bottom on tablets, you can try to use custom css below:

@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 959px) {

        width: 100% !important;
    }
    .aside_both .sidebar.sidebar-2 { 
        width: 100% !important; 
    }

    }

But, if above css will not work the way you want it, all other changes requires files customisation.

firstly I install betheme and secondly I install ADAGENCY. I view web site Consists of 2 menus side by side.firstly Turkish and English.Can ı help you. I did not try to erase the English menu. I also have difficulty building it.

Hi,

this message says that you can not install theme thru the WP default importer because of the limits on server side. It’s probably because of upload_max_filesize. There is few ways to install your theme then:

- You need to contact with your admin and ask him to increase those limits for you so you can install theme via default importer
- You can install betheme-no-plugins.zip file instead which is much lighter because does not contain plugins
- You can unzip default betheme.zip file and upload betheme folder with all theme files via FTP into /wp-content/ folder.

Hi,

1. To activate image buttons on hover, you need to change image frame style under BeTheme Options > Global > General section.

2. Cart icon could be changed with custom css only:

.add_to_cart_button .icon-basket::before {
    content: '\e814';
}

The content values for the icons are located under /fonts/mfn-icons.css file.

Google page speed produces very poor results with this theme. How can I improve? I have other themes which I have applied the same minifiy, gzip, optimization etc to and scored in green but I can’t get this theme score to move. Please advise.

page speed has completely nothing to do with the theme itself and you can see check this yourself by opening https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/bwxP3P/http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/

There is many different factors that may has an impact on page speed like: heavy media (images, videos, etc.), poor hosting, internet connection between the place where your server is located and your current point, etc. So as you can see, there are many reasons which are independent of us. However, we have few suggestions to speed up your site:

- cache plugins like W3 Total Cache
- Content Delivery Network Services like MaxCDN
- Static CSS

Ok, thanks. We found where the problem is and this will be fixed with next theme update. However, right now, you can fix it with custom css below:

.woocommerce-product-gallery .flex-viewport { direction: ltr !important; }
