For One Click Install, after finishing installing the theme in your site, it should be deactivated because we dont need it anymore.

About the file JSComposer issue, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Sport Bike.

I need to install “quickstart,” but you guys didn’t send me the link. I already opened a ticket. Nothing came in the email I received from you. You only sent a link to the support page, which I’ve been on. I have to request quickstart now? Wait time is usually over a day before I get a response from you guys.

I’m going to request a refund for this purchase. So far, communication has been very slow and when I do get a solution for my request, I’m given the run-around to request another ticket, when the problem should have been handled immediately the first time. I had high expectations for this site. If you are looking for a “demo” of this product, it will take up to 3 days for any response from this dev. Don’t go with this product if you intend on using the demo, as advertised. It’s a headache.

1. The quickstart should not be public here because the comment here is public, and this is a paid product. That’s why I sent you the link to create ticket in our private support system. Also, you can contact us there if there is any difficulty during using SportBikes.

2. You can read all your comment and ticket to see that we all replied you in no more than 24 hours! For the new created ticket, you submitted it at about 20:00 last night and we replied it right when I’ve been back to work at 8:00 now.
