Hi guys, I am working on e-commerce model where I sell an access to tourist guide located on the website based on gotravel. Map will be a part of that guide. So access to that content will be limited only for those who pay. The question is: can I use maps (location tab) for limited access pages? Your maps are based on google maps and according to google maps politics there is no option to use google maps for free on so called “limited access pages”
I would be very gratefull for clear answer whether I can use your map based on google maps in my limited access pages?

Unfortunately our theme doesn’t have the ability to have limited access pages so that only those who have paid can view the content, maybe you can use some additional Woocommerce extension to achieve this. Our tour types are our Custom Post Types and booking and payments are not going through Woocommerce. As for the google maps for those pages it can be built by adding our Google map shortcode to that page which will display the map for the certain page, and every page can be password protected.

As I mentioned in last email – I am going to use your map on pages thay will be avaible to only for those who pay for it. According to google maps policy I need to pay for this kind of google maps usage. Of course I will use your tool but your tool is based on google engine. Hence my doubts

Thanks for explaining this further. We now understand that you are going to use map API that needs to be paid. And since google map is not our map or script we would advice you to contact them directly, to be sure if you need to pay or not. It really is not up to us, thank you for understanding.

Well yes they will be able to see all the content. If you want to restrict the users to see or edit certain pages or post we can suggest to try to install a third party plugin that will enable you to do that. Unfortunately we can not advice for a specific one because we haven’t tested the compatibility with our theme. You can also create pages that are password protected and then you will have the possibility to edit a certain page or post with provided password.

Hi, thank you for support. This problem was solved but there is still a problem with the Paypal payment. After the payment the website send to the user an email which says that the tour was cancelled due to a payment problem, even if the money arrived correctly. Can you please check as soon as possible? Hi, Great Theme. Need your help.
Couple of questions.
1 – Page and Post Revisions are disabled and I cannot enable them. That option missing in Screen Options. I even activated page revisons in wp-config.php – define(‘WP_POST_REVISIONS’, true); – still nothing happens.
2 – How do I edit Logo size? If I do it in Mikado Options nothing happens.
3 – How do I edit colors across the website? No option to set colours?

1. After enabling revisions from Screen options, you need to make some changes on some post and to save changes for 2 times and only then revisions will appear
2. Logo size is determined by header height beaus of responsiveness, but it can be increased with some css code.
3. You can change main color from Mikado options > General, but also some colors can be set from element options, when you edit element on a page.

1. Is it possible to have additional “price for children” or “price for group” criteria for specific tour?

4. Is it possible to have these 2 possibilities on the same tour page: 1) to book and pay for the tour instantly and 2) To send an Inquiry about the tour ( In case I can not sell my tour instantly) ?

1, 2. No, there is only one tour price.
3. Yes, client can pay instantly, because tour stock is checked before purchase with Check Availability button
4. No, this will require custom codding of theme files, or adding custom tab “Enquiry” which can be easily done in tour item settings, but it will appear in tour item tabs, not in form.
5. We use PayPal exclusively, and checkout page takes you to PayPal pament or otherwise you will pay personaly to tour seller.
6. You can add certain tickets number, and if client wants to book more then available, will get a message there are no more tours available.
7. Cupons do not work for tours, only for Woo Commerce, but tour item booking is an independed system.
8. No,there is only one price option available.
9. No, only number of tickets generally.

One person actually books one tour (ticket), so whatever number of ticets you set, it will be sold one by one. Minimum number one person can book is one ticket. If you want bigger number, you will have to custom code theme files.
