Hi, I loved your theme and currently adapting it to my blog http://blog.tropicsathome.com A few problems I ran into so far and need your help: I changed the structure on a page http://blog.tropicsathome.com/tropical-plants-indoors/ replacing old portfolio plugin I used there before, by your “Posts grid in columns” element. At some point I noticed that the permalink of the page somehow changed to the permalink of the last post in the grid element. I then just changed it back, but noticed later that the permalink of that post stopped working (http://blog.tropicsathome.com/plumeria-frangipani-indoors-1/). I can see that post in the grid, but get 404 when clicking on it. That’s one of my most traffic intensive posts and I need it back ASAP! The second problem with that redesigned page (http://blog.tropicsathome.com/tropical-plants-indoors/) is that I can see posts’ images in the grid on the desktops, but they are empty on mobiles and tablets.
I could fix the first question. Could you please just take a look into missing photos on mobile and tablets?
working for me on mobiles also. maybe you need to purge cache on cloudflare
or disable lazy load in theme option – global enable
hmm… I purged cache on cloudflare (twice), on W3 Total cache and disabled lazy load… Still no images in the grid on mobile and iPad
...and now they are there! 
use one cache system. Both can conflict with each other without proper settings. W3 Total is not easy plugin for settings

hi this is bit of complex question, i know you are very knowledgeble also, my questions is. 1. with WC vendors plugin, multiple vendors can register on rehub:main, and can create their produts. 1.1. also probably we can create a page and display the least products on the pay either with infinte scroll or pagination way 2. same vendors can register as authors & can post articles…
now my question is, is it possible that. once a vendor register as vendors via WC vendors, can he be made as author for blog posts? or he has to register twice?

1. Vendors have author rights, they can post products and blog articles with RH Frontend Pro plugin. They need not register twice.

The ReHub theme does not request anything while you do not start registration or demo installing. Show fullscreen screenshot with this error.

hello, I am trying to get support help. I am using rehub with the vendor theme and content egg. I am trying import affiliate products (amazon,linkshare, cj) I have filled out all the api information. my question is how do I get the feeds from affiliates? and how do I get them to show up in the theme?

Can I create price comparison site using only WP All Import? Content Egg doesn’t have sites I need as they are not part of large affiliate networks.
Or maybe I could use Content Egg for some affiliate programs and WP All Import to import feeds for other aff programs.
No, WPAI is for deal sites, not comparison sites. You can import deals to woocommerce and compare woocommerce products in posts, so it will be like comparison, but it’s much manual work.
Content Egg has Offer module for manual adding of products which are not available in networks

to be truth, we added near 15 most popular affiliate networks. Each of them operate with neat 100000 shops, I think almost all shops in the world can be found in one of supported network. If you need other way – only WPAI, but you can’t create comparison in this case
Yes, you are really doing great job I admit. But the ones I need you don’t have. They are not part of bigger affiliate networks. There are small sites. I have found themes which can compare using feeds + have some bigger affiliate networks API integrated so will go with that.
there is no theme which can compare feeds. Why? Because all shops provide feeds without price comparison, only as separate offers
I know all of these themes. They required special feeds to make them for comparison. None of network provide such feeds, so, you need to prepare them manually before upload, so, this is the same manual work.

Hi. I want to get review stars in google snippet for my store pages (dealstore taxonomy). On dealstore taxonomy your theme have star rating options, but stars in google never show up. It is possible that deastore taxonomy pages will have stars in google snippet using theme rating system for dealstore taxonomy?
If not, I think that I will use KK star ratings plugin for dealstore taxonomy. But I read few bad reviews for this plugin on wordpress repository. Do you have any problem with kk star ratings plugin?

I don’t have problems with KK rating. Anyway, google doesn’t support ratings for category and archive pages, it’s prohibited by new rules

Sizam, I have a website that sells eBooks. For some reason there is a block on all my content so when someone tries to download an ebook after purchasing, they get taken to a 403 error page. I had hostgator go in and drop the block, but then the issue started happening again. I talked with them again, and they said “there is a .htaccess file in the woocommerce_uploads folder that is blocking all access to anything inside that folder. We renamed it, but it’s being rewritten. This is something that you’ll need to contact a developer about for further assistance.” Please assist ASAP as this is how I make my income and need to resolve. Thanks you!
please, note. theme doesn’t handle or change woocommerce functions, better to write to woocommerce developers about such problems. But read article first

Hi – I put h2{color:#139eb5} in the Custom CSS and it does change H2 in-post headings but it does not change the color of an H2 in-post link. The link, when shown in H2 font size remains black per Style Sheet. Cannot get H2 link text to change color. How to get color for H2 link to change?

i installed buddypress +worpress social plugin. the problem is that when user logs in, he can view the wp admin bar. how can i disable the wp top bar and avoid users to have access to the core of wp? i mean wp-admin , wp login and wp signed out.

“Disable admin bar for users” works. Check out other plugins in your system (like Maintenance ), they perhaps turn on admin bar.

thanks. seems it works. how can i block users to access parts of wp core? i have buddy press and even if i use the social login, sometimes it sends users to the wp frontend (for example if u try to access via login and then forget the password).
but better to use default functions of wordpress or you can have some bugs. What plugins do you use for members?
