Please help, I am trying to make the social media icons in the slider bigger. I also need to make the frame in the counter bigger my clients box has 4 characters and the numbers are outside the box. Please help.

I bought your WP ANANKE theme. Congratulations, very effective and very nice. I have a small problem for my client for whom I’m customizing the theme. He needs two portfolios, each with different categories. When I try to duplicate the portfolio, the new object retains the old categories. Can you solve this problem?

Hello, I’ve installed Ananke and am happy with my site except that I just ran into what I feel is probably a simple issue but I can’t find any reference.

I’m using the OT About Box and any attempt to add in a line break or paragraph works until I publish, at which point it gets stripped back out.

How do I add a line break in the OT About Box so I can have two paragraphs?

We are having some trouble with the Anake Theme and we hope that you can help us out. Because of our wishes for viewing the website we want to leave some elements away on the mobile version of te website. In others themes you can select in visial composer what you want to show on the desktop version and on the mobile version. In the Anake theme this is not posible somehow. The versions of Visual Composer are on both sites 5.1.1.

For example we have added a screenshot with the differences between the 2 themes. We hope you know what we can do to get these options in our Anake theme with visual composer.

I have Ananke installed and everything works fine except the Slideshow plugin. Whenever I click on one of the slides, the plugin freezes and won’t move or be able to click on anything else. Could you advise?

Your theme seems to no longer work with the Visual Composer. I have added your updates to no avail. Same problem. Can you update the visual composer that came with the theme?

The main menu navigates to some random pages if clicked from other page. For example “About” menu items redirects to http://demo.oceanthemes.net/ananke/dark/#about where do I fix it if under appearance>menu>I have anchors menu created via custom links and section ids

I have purchased the Ananke theme and for some reason the Visual Composer won’t upload. I am not sure if it is a licensing issue. When I go to the back-end it shows that no licenses have been added. I was able to use it before but am not sure why it isn’t working now.

Your help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Is a template with many misconfiguration problems for each update

Every time I updated the ananke template my logo disappears and the text of “ananke” is installed and for several days there is no way to change it, you delete the site cache and still the problem. The portfolio decomposes

When viewing our Ananke theme landing page on larger high res monitors, there is a large vertical space between the top hero video and the next section below.

We also have an issue where we have a row with a slideshow. The background image of the row extends out the top too far, so it looks bad. How do we fix that?

Your update is not working well. I wanted to update the theme and it ruined my website. There is no Theme Options. I tried to install many times and didn’t work. Since I bought the theme I should be able to update it, but I can’t. I tried to put a ticket but I can’t because my support finished. I don’t need support just to update a theme. So even though I bought this theme I can’t update it because of your broken update file.

So what will I do now???
