When using the lightbox option the whole portfolio will open through the lightbox, you can use the normal portfolio types and when you’re on single items they will open in a lightbox.

I have upgraded to the latest version of Woocommerce (3.0.7) and there is a serious failure in the payment process as the payment window remains processing.
The bug comes from Kalium, which supports up to the version of Woocommerce 3.0.4, specifically in the Dashboard – System State reports the next: “Version 3.0.3 of kalium/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/grouped.php is deprecated. The kernel version is 3.0.7”
Can you tell me when the latest version of Kalium will be available that solves this issue?

Thanks for your quick response. With the new “grouped.php” file it has worked only one time and now it’s doing the same issue. I have tried with different products and quantities, I think “grouped.php” it is not correct or something.
The error log shows the same issue: Thu May 25 13:27:23 2017 variation_id was called incorrectly. No se deberÃa acceder a las propiedades del producto directamente. Just got the latest grouped.php file from WooCommerce git repository and applied Kalium changes.
Download this file and replace it in this directory (of the theme): /kalium/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart
I have checked for any possible warning but the log didn’t show any.

I have found out that the payment by card of these variable products works correctly and that issue only happens with the payments in delivery.
I am thinking, if there is no solution in the grouped.php, wait for your new update. Do you know if it will be soon?

Can I use this theme for my two sites, one for portfolio, one for shop, two domains?

Thanks for your interest on our theme. One theme license is valid for one domain, so if you want to use the same product for your second site on a different domain then you need to purchase another license.

Hi there! Pre Purchase question. If I were to use either Agency or Freelancer template, instead of clicking on a portfolio image and going to a new page, can I use a lightbox instead and preview a vimeo,youtube or embedded video. My portfolio is all video. Regards

There is no specified size that’s perfect for the slider, you can use any image and the tools inside the slider will allow you to change the size and move it wherever you want, for more please see their documentation

hi. yesterday i see on my homepage on a pc of a other user with an active adblocker. at the moment i use the coming soon option of your theme and the icons for the social media channels are “killed” (show only a square symbol).
any idea to solve this problem?

Ad blockers hide the social icons by default so we can’t do anything about this as this is a plugin related function.

I’ve been using this theme too much time with no problem at all. But since last week, it has been acting weird: the pages doesn’t show any shortcode built for you for VC (for example, the portfolios), and can’t see the parameters and options of the page. I’ve updated it to the last version and it hasn’t solve anything. Could you lend me a hand?

Have you followed the whole procedure to update the theme and all the premium plugins? The problem with the parameters and options is a small issue, what you need to do is a simple hard refresh and it will get fixed since it was a big update, we have noted this in or documentation too.

i bought this theme and i activated on a subdomain test site. How can i switch license a use it for the official website? Because now it’s really annoying, it doesn’t let me see the Pages!!!

Which doesn’t seem to be a test site, anyway now you can activate it now on the new site, be sure you won’t activate it on the old site as if the system finds out if a single license is being used on more than a site it will freeze the licenses.

Hello guys, Is there a way to create a sub-portfolios? The idea is: a friend of mine is a photographer and has a photography website. He wants to have a portfolio page where he could put his photo categories – animals, street, art, weddings etc. But now he has more than one weddings and his desire is to leave the portfolio as it is now but when you click on this category to open a sub-portfolio – something similar to a subfolders page where you could choose which wedding to view. Your account is linked to this site: http://consumercommons.de, which doesn’t seem to be a test site, you are allowed to use only one site per license, and we have noted this also on our documentation. If you have changed the whole company name and want to move to a completely new domain then you will need to remove the theme from your old site and we can proceed with the new activation then. Caution: if you try to re-enable the site on two domains the license scanner may find out that you are using a single license in two domains and can freeze the theme functionality.
Let me know if you have changed the whole domain, company name.

Hello, I am ready to purchase the Kalium theme, which I really like, but there is one main concern that I need addressed.
I plan to utilize the Main Demo version. In the portfolio section, I love the ability to post images aligned with text, and when one clicks on the image, a lightbox image viewer pops up, allowing the viewer to cycle through all the images in post with a gallery environment.

The concern I have is that the blog section doesn’t seem to have the same “image viewer” type of features as the portfolio section.
Can the “image viewer” feature in the example link be executed in the blog section as it is in the portfolio section?
If this is not possible, is there a tried, tested, and true plugin that I can install to pull this off?

As far as I know, browsing through all the images on the blog posts is not possible unless you insert a gallery in the post which will show as a grid, you can do that by selecting multiple images at once:

Dear Authors! I have a query concerning one of your themes. I wanted to use the “Endless scroll” function in the “Fashion theme v2.0.7” but I have a problem with it. Over a specific amount of products (over 100-130 products) scrolling tends to get awfully slow time to time. Furthermore, if I use it with my phone the page stops working and freezes. It does the same when the image quality is not set to the highest. Therefore, this wonderful function is unusable. I wanted to by this product but I changed my mind after finding out about these problems. Could you do anything to the theme, so it no longer would have these drawbacks? I am looking forward to you response. Thank you!

I’m not saying that you are using an illegal copy of Kalium, but a lot of users that install nulled version of Wordpress themes are infected by some malware scripts that cause a lot of troubles on the site, like freezing, database change etc.
Can you please post with the account you bought the theme, this way we can verify that you’re a real customer as we do not offer support to users who doesn’t have “Purchased” badge.

your Theme looks very fresh and clean. I am very interested in purchasing it, but need the theme to fulfill some requirements that would be great if you could tell me if the theme supports them. I also have coding skills, so if some changed require code changes I would also be able to do them.
1) I need the store to display as many products as possible on first view. in responsive mobile phone mode 3 columns probably would be ideal. In all your examples the shop reduces to 2 columns in mobile mode. Is 3 columns minimum possible in mobile mode? In desktop I am probably looking for 6 columns ideally. Please let me know if the theme supports more columns or if this would be a custom hack that I would need to do.
2) I like the swipe images from the Kalium store template but prefer in general the minimal fashion template. Can the Swipe images for the Product pictures be integrated in the minimal fashion theme?
3) In the minmal fashion Theme frm the Shop page I can directly add to the cart without page reload. I love this feature, but on the product page it’s not implemented (at least not in the examples). Is this something that can be achieved with your theme – add to cart without page reload from product page?
4) Is it possible on add to cart action to also automatically display the cart (the same action as when you hover over the cart)? I imagine this could be achieved with a little custom javascript or am I wrong?
5) Is it possible to display product images on the checkout page in the your order section?
6) Does the theme come with email templates? Or does it use the standard Woocommerce templates?

We’re happy to hear for your interest in our Kalium theme, I will try to reply all the pre-sale questions correctly.
1. Products in mobile view can be 1 column or 2 columns, there is no option for adding more products as it will shrink the whole products to a small view where they are not visible. If this is necessary for you, a custom hack could change the them to 3 columns.
2. Swipe images can be used in any of our shop demos, here you can find an example of the swipe images.
3. AJAX add to cart option is not implemented in the product page, it is only for the shop and shop elements when adding it to other pages.
4. It’s not in the theme options but using a custom JavaScript we can achieve that.
5. No, that’s not possible.
6. The theme does not have pre-made e-mail templates, it will use the e-mail templates of WooCommerce.
