Our latest theme version 5.1.6 is 100% compatible with the latest version of PHP and there should be no issues at all, however after reading the 2 errors above i believe you are hoted by siteground, if that is a yes you need to ask them to increase the OPACHE values.

Our team is in fact in direct contact with their network and DevOps architects. SiteGround do have an OpCache issue on their shared hosting platform, and it does not originate from or is due to WordPress or the theme. Their team have conducted extensive tests with higher global values for opcache.memory_consumption, which has caused an excessive memory usage and increased load on the server. Their default settings for OpCaache are not sufficient and need to be increased.

OpCache improves PHP performance by storing precompiled script bytecode in shared memory, thereby removing the need for PHP to load and parse scripts on each request. The SiteGround official explanation for understanding OpCache -> http://bit.ly/2oIy1qC

Their team has specifically instructed us to either refer existing SiteGround users that experience this issue directly to them and/or provide the official SiteGround workaround to resolve the issue.

The fix that can be applied, will set the following values as global for the shared hosting environment:

opcache.interned_strings_buffer = 16 opcache.memory_consumption = 128

- Increase the values with a custom php.ini file. You can add the PHP variable directly to a php.ini file using the File Manager tool in your hosting cPanel.

- The alternative would be to use the PHP Variables Manager tool.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Regarding the the full screen height question, you can do this through custom CSS, but for your current layout, Revolution Slider would be best because it will scale the content inside the slider down to fit the display and stay positioned correctly.

If you wanted to use custom CSS or experiment with that, you can add a custom class to one of your Container elements, then use the below CSS:

.custom-class { min-height: 100vh !important; }

That will set the height to 100% of the viewport, so it will change based on the device viewing it.

If you wanted this to only affect desktop, you can use the below model: }

@media only screen and (min-width: 800px) {
   .custom-class {
       min-height: 100vh !important;
   }

Where I have:

.custom-class

you can replace that with whatever class you add to the element. More info on adding custom classes can be found in the article below.

By custom code, do you mean custom CSS? If that’s the case, try moving your CSS rule to the top of the custom CSS area. It’s possible there’s a CSS rule that’s incorrectly formatted above it, which would cause the rules below to be ignored.

Additionally, it’s also possible your CSS rule isn’t targeting the element correctly. Be sure you’re using the correct classes when using CSS. You can do this by getting the classes through your browser’s inspector tools.

I checked that link provided and that’s actually not the default Avada lightbox. That would be coming from a plugin you’re using > http://prntscr.com/fdud1c

The plugin isn’t accounting for the header’s position and the z-index is too low, so it’s appearing behind the header. I would recommend checking with the plugin author as they may want to increase the lightbox’s z-index to ensure it’s always on top of the page’s content.

I have copied the language files in ”/wp-content/languages/plugins” folder: fusion-builder-ca.po fusion-builder-ca.mo fusion-core-ca.po fusion-core-ca.mo

But the language does not change Do i have to do something else?

With theme there is no problem, but with the plugins the language does not change

Those are actually the image rollover options and you can change them from Avada > Theme Options > Extras > Featured Image Rollover Tab

Regarding SEO, the theme has default meta which improves your SEO rankings. However, you can also use a plugin like Yoast SEO if you want to customize the SEO related meta on your site. Self hosted videos do not work on smartphones as a default, so if you want to use a video that works for both desktop and mobile phones you have to use a full screen YouTube or Vimeo video and both can be set as background in our theme using the container element.

Once you set your page as Shop Page the “Page Attribute” section will go away for you so what you need to do is change the page template before setting your page as shop page under WooCommerce > Settings > Display > Shop Page
