The links to the blog don’t work on ios. So if I send someone a link to a blog article and they click it, it will open a white blank page.
I disabled all plugins and narrowed it down to woocommerce. I rolled back to earlier versions of woocommerce and the problem remained.
So if you go to the blog on ios and click any of the Read More buttons they do nothing. If you send someone a link on twitter etc and they open the link on ios the get a white blank page.

I just try to make the update of theme. I try to upload the file theme and i receive this error:

I am a developer and purchased the theme pharmacy. Everything goign well so far except that after i import the xml and and click on submit i get a list of failed to import media, etc etc. Please may you assist.
Hi! If media failed, you can add media images by hand. You can go to those positions to replace by your images. Normally, in case fail to import media, we also have to import images by hand for our clients. Thanks
Not sure if thats a satisfactory answer really. Proceeding on projects where I cannot account for the cause of errors especially after I followed all documentation steps to the letter and purchased a template. It certainly doesnt give peace of mind with stability. So in this case where exactly do I add the images? which path , etc.Also I am seeing this error too : Warning: preg_replace(): The /e modifier is no longer supported, use preg_replace_callback instead in /home/username/public_html/wp-content/themes/pharmacy/framework/classes/core/metabox.php on line 527
Can anyone out there assist me with the source of the images for the demo? The support mentions that I can do this by hand. I have tracked down the media file path destination in the demo xml file. Now where do I get those pictures for me to upload? I cant find them anywhere in the template folders. I assume they have to be downloaded from some where. Really need to set the demo in place and solve the” failed to import media” errors. Sad that I have encountered so many problems with installing this otherwise beautiful template. I hope someone can assist. Meanwhile will continue trying to solve my problem.
I enabled the debug to true in the file wordpress-importer.ph and this is the message I get after an attempt to fetch the media. Failed to import Media “dsc20050727_091048_222”: Remote server returned error response 404 Not Found Failed to import Media “dsc20050813_115856_52”: Remote server returned error response 404 Not Found etc etc
It seems to me that the demo images probably do not exist on the remote server or there is an error with the image URL links in the XML. This is the URL I am seeing in the XML: http://localhost/pts_wp_demo/wp_pharmacy/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/c1.jpg As you can see that is pointing to a localhost which I am not sure can resolve to anything.
