Hi, I’m having problem with product gallery on single product page? There is no gallery slider when click on gallery image and they are showing like product image (full-with not 3 columns in a row). Could please help me about that?

The issue is related to WooCommerce 3.0.x update since our theme is not fully compatible with that version yet. We are preparing update which will contain WooCommerce compatibility. Theme update will be released soon, but until then please try getting site database backup from your server hosting to prior WooCommerce 3.0.x update.

Our theme supports Top Bar feature and you can enable/disable it in Elated Options > Header https://www.screencast.com/t/XApD7XGtedr . You can manage what will appear in Top Bar by going into Appearance > Widgets and inserting desired widgets in any of the Top Bar Widget Areas https://www.screencast.com/t/wYIahritlVg9 .
In all our themes we are using Contact Form 7 plugin for contact forms and there is an option to create DropDown options in Contact Forms 7 https://www.screencast.com/t/sUiM4FUt .

I’m interested in using your beauty classic homepage and would like to know if there is a way to fix the navigation bar style so that the design doesn’t change and the menu items and logo remain centered. When you scroll the navigation layout changes and logo moves to the left.

That page is using sticky header functionality and, unfortunately, sticky header can not have such layout. However, you can disable sticky header so there is no menu appearing after you scroll from the top of the page.

At the moment theme still supports WooCommerce 2.6, and this is stated on Theme Forest items page. We are working on theme update which will contain WooCommerce 3+ compatibility, until we release it please downgrade WooCommerce to version prior to 3.0. Yes, with Elated Google Map you can set up to 5 Addresses, and there is no option for extending number if addresses without modifications and some custom coding. If you desperately need more locations, please try to search for some plugin in order to overcome this.

Hi guys, ive just purchased your theme. Installed it and everything, but where do I import the SKIN CARE homepage? Because when I go to IMPORT i only get to select Kendall. Thats the only choice. When importing demo content, before you hit import, disable all 3rd party WP plugins (to free up server resources), then go to import and open chrome developer tools, hit Import and watch console for errors. When some error occur refresh import page and repeat the process. Importing demo content must reach 100% without displaying error in console. So repeat it until console is clear (sometimes you have to repeat process for 2-3 times or more).
Common problem with Import is related to low hosting plan resources so please try to increase PHP directives like below or ask your hosting service to do that for you:
max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 64M;
post_max_size = 256M;

I can’t change the logo in the beauty-home header. The logo is there in wp-admin (upload image section for the logos) but doesn’t appear on full screen, it does appear when I shrink the browser to mimic a tablet…???
