I have a LOT of customers using this theme that purchased through my affiliate program as well as I have a few licences myself. I am having a little trouble with the plugins that come with your theme. Layer Slider in particular. I would like to know exactly how I can update this plugin without errors. ALL my customers themes and my own themes have licences. I might not have support left on my own themes because time has run out, but this should NOT stop me from updating these plugins.

So once again, PLEASE let me know exactly how I can update these plugins that come with your theme. I have been waiting patiently for these to be able to update ( months ) and every time I go into my customers websites and my own websites, it gives me an error when updating the Layer Slider.

Allow us to explain to you in detail how this works, with regard to theme included plugins, it is not unique to Avada and applies to any theme that includes a plugin:

1 – ​​​Avada includes the Layer and Revolution Slider plugins, at no extra cost

2 – ​​As of right now, Avada 5.1.6 the latest version of the Layer Slider plugin is version 6.3.0 -> http://d.pr/i/uXYPZy – which is what you have

3 – ​​Because it is plugin territory, the respective plugin authors include a global update call for the plugins and it does not apply to theme included plugins -> http://d.pr/i/C4PWvO

4 – ​​The next release of Avada will version 5.2 which will in turn include the latest next version of the Layer and Revolution Slider plugins available at that time

5 – ​​You can safely ignore/dismiss the plugin authors update notice and it will not affect your site in any way

7 – If you are adamant and want to update the included plugin independent of the theme update, ​​you will need to purchase a separate license for the included plugin

Well that explains everything and now I am OK with it all. :) I thought I was doing something wrong. I will wait until you release the Avada theme update with the plugin update.

I was just a little nervous about plugins after a few years ago having a plugin that was not updated cause major issues for thousands of people.

If you say its safe, I trust the Avada team completely.

How can I swcith the hamburger menu on the home page to a page width set of menus? Our site had those menus but it changed into a hamburger and I don’t know why.

There can only be 2 reasons for this, 1: You are using our header-version 7 that has hamburger menu as its main menu, or 2: you are setting your header responsive breakpoints too wide which you can change from Avada > Theme Options > Responsive tab

Can’t add products to my cart. Avada 5.0.6, i lost the automatic updates, the minor update to 5.1.6 fix this problem?

You can simply update your installation using any of our update method, what exactly do you mean by having no access to the updated version in this case? can you please elaborate on this? You should have access to your themeforest account from where you can download your latest version of Avada.

I see you are also not registered, have you purchased avada from another account since this account is not showing that Avada is purchased.

Hey, We found a bugs:

We are using avada 5.1.6 and W3 total cache, but We found the drop-down menu can not be displayed at main menu, when we removed the W3 total cach, it would be displayed ,

That does not sound like a bug but actually a cache related issue, please double check your W3TC cache settings and make sure you are excluding the required files from being minified, if you still see the issue we suggest trying another cache plugin such as WP Autoptimize or WPFcache.

Will the WooZone Amazon Affiliate Plugin work with this theme?

We have not officially tested that particular plugin with our theme yet so can not provide you with a solid response here, i will suggest you to get in touch with the plugin author aswell about their plugin compatibility with Avada as its a famous theme, we however follow standard WordPress procedures so there should be no issues when it comes to that.

I’m using this to upgrade a website for a non-profit group I help, and I’m setting it up in a test area first on my own domain so they can see it. When it comes time to use this theme on their domain, will I have trouble moving it over as far as licensing goes? So I will want to take it off the test site and put it in their live site, still only using 1 license.

Hello, i bought your theme few months ago, and today i’m facing a problem, i’d like to put a magnify effect to an image, not a little zoom or not just a lift up, but a real magnify effect ( like on all shopping website ) but i didnt find any plugin working properly with themfusion, do you know any plugin or any way I could do it properly ?

WooCommerce already has their own image zoom option that you can enable from Avada > Theme Options > WooCommerce

I do not understand what’s going on, because now I can not control the main menu entirely, I might add or delete it, but I can not make it smaller, I tried in every way, the font changes but the size does not changeو the English version, the font is basically small, I can not enlarge it, Please Help..

If you are having issues with the menu styling and it appears that you are using 2 languages simultaneously here so make sure you are making the change on both languages theme options by changing them thru language switcher at the very top of your menu, if the issue persist please open a new support ticket and our team will gladly assist you.

I am having issue with the home page on www.sherwooddentalcare.ca the menu appears fine on desktop but when I look at it on mobile the menu is below the screen and user needs to scroll down to see it. is there a way for the menu to be visible on initial site load?

Pre sales question: Is the content kept in normal Wordpress files? I have a lot of posts on my current site and I want to be sure if I switch to an Avada theme I won’t have to re-enter everything.

Hi there, I have just purchased the Avada theme for the second time. It’s great! My question is, I like to design new websites on a sub domain of my own website and once it’s done and the client is happy, I migrate the website and wipe out the client’s old website. This means almost no down time on the client’s website. To do this I would need to use my purchase code to avail of demo content etc. I am wondering will this cause an issue once I migrate the site to its new location/domain? As in, if I activate it on one domain then migrate to another will it look as though I have used the purchase code twice (on 2 domains) and cause an issue? I will be deleting the website on the sub domain once it has been migrated of course.

Thank you for your question. Purchase codes won’t be bound to a single domain, so you would be okay here. They’re just bound to a single use of Avada. So as long as you’re not using a single license for two, public sites at the same time, then you’re in the clear.

Avada ans its modules update are they compatible with php 7 because have had error with my host say me, there are a problem with revslider.

There’s no issues with Avada or Revolution Slider on PHP 7 as we have many customers using this PHP version and it’s working well. Note, if you’re using PHP 7 on Siteground, they do have some server limits set too low by default which can cause errors on the site.

If you’re getting a fatal error on your site in the page editor or an out of memory error anywhere in the admin, try contacting your hosting provider and request they increase the below limits on your site:

opcache.interned_strings_buffer
opcache.memory_consumption
