Hello, I like your theme, fantastic work, I plan to buy it. Our old website HTML5 and incapable. Actually I have never used WordPress, only use html and css but I installed the XAMPP Control Panel v3.2.2. Will you help me after you buy it? Would you help to install the theme on the C-Panel(and my FTP account)? And how do I change Ambiance(text, map, pictures etc) with in the visual composer? Best.

About the install. You could use a wordpress specialized hosting service like Siteground. Most hosting providers have a one-click-install option. And yes we’re more than willing to guide you through the process of configuring your theme.
Visual composer is implemented in the theme so building pages is easy. Also you can do a one-click-install which will pre-configure your website for you. You can just replace the content with your own.

Hello, My hosting account became active today and I finally bought the theme. I installed standart WP theme. (http://www.bavulukapgel.com/) And for my lambiance theme now. I will only path to track Appearance > Themes > Add New. Is that correct? Or how to install my theme? Best.

You can do the following, you can add the theme via Appearance > themes > Add New. Or you can upload it via FTP to the wp-content/themes folder. Be sure to unzip the file you download from themeforest and upload the ambiance.zip file. (This goes for both options).

Hello, I discovered the plugin that I need. The plugin is “post snippets”. But The plugin easily worked on another html static website and the other wp theme but I can’t run it in my theme. Click please, for other website working with “Post snipped”.(http://188.166.21.31/serdar/) I wonder if the problem is from other plugins that I have installed(for example Yoast or Preserved HTML Editor Markup Plus)? So do you have any idea you can advice me as to insert this plugin or how to do?

When we sub categorize a wordpress page under a parent page in this theme it creates a sub navigation on the page of the parent page, which is great!!! Is it possible to have that navigation remain throughout the child pages as well?

Pre purchase question if can you can help me out. I have looked at the the demo for the restaurant setup and on my iMac, Android phone and windows laptop the theme freezes on the very first load of the home page? ..Leaving just the Title “ambiance” on a black screen? Can you clear this up ..I am sure this is not in the download …but would like assurance before I buy. A swift response would be great as I need to purchase some themes today. thanks

We’ve tried to reproduce it and it seems to be related to our server load and / or caching. But that being said we’ve released a new version (2.0) which prevents this from happening.

Considering purchase. Although the theme (and support) looks great, the lack of detail management makes me wonder: can one implement, say, a flag icon at the top of the theme to link to a mirror site in a different language?
Hi, thanks for being interested. We have recently implemented visual composer so within the content area you are free to do whatever you want. However, outside the main structure you might need a child theme to achieve what you want. I think in your case that will be necessary. Ambiance was designed to be different. Therefore it has its own pros and cons. Best regards!

It might be caused by child-theme configurations (if present) because the 2.0 version has some restructuring to allow for long term caching.
