I was wondering if you had advice on putting the Product Category options in the UX Builder in a specific order? I chose Order by—> Menu Order, but it doesn’t seem to be updating to what I understood Menu Order to be (i.e. the order that I drag and drop categories in the WooCommerce Product Category section). Am I misunderstanding this? Thanks!

Ensure that you clear the cache after the update. If the issue persists, run a plugin compatibility test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce.
I just updated woocommerce to 3.0.8 and on my checkout page I got the State field doubled and other similar issues with that form. I went back to woocommerce 3.0.7

After theme installation and demo content we were facing a serious problem with customizer and ux builder. They just didnt load, it got stucked all the time. We could find anything wrong in the system at all.
After getting contact with support several times, we felt that they didnt take our issue seriously.
Support already asked me in the beginning about server cache, the problem might occurred because of that. But we didnt believe, because when switched to default wp theme customizer loads.
In the end we found out that it was the server. My server has OPCache enabled. So if anybody out there has the same problem with customizer and ux builder. Just ask your hosting.
To disable OPCache in your server just copy paste the following code in .htaccess
php_flag opcache.enable Off

Yes But note we have not tested the theme with BBpress. However, Flatsome uses WordPress coding standards so any plugin that uses these same standards should work with our theme.

I’ve tested the upgrade from 2.? to v3.? but unfortunately upgrading requires a substantial if not complete re-design of the site. So I and many others here are still on version 2.9.9.
At first it seemed you would maintain both versions (as The7 theme did when they made a similar move). But updates don’t seem to be forthcoming.
As a general question on behalf of all 2.9.9 customers. Do you intent to maintain this version of the theme? And what will be the version number format moving forward?

I have notified the development team with regards to the issue with the outdated WC templates and it should be resolved in the next update.

I messaged earlier about not seeing ‘New’ badges in the shop page. You mentioned it’s in the product data section in the edit product page under extras.
I’ve looked everywhere and there is no ‘Extra’ tab anywhere in the Product editing pages or in the customiser. I’ve searched the online documentation and I can’t see any instructions there either. Am I missing something here?

I’ve done some digging and it’s the ‘Tshirtecommerce’ plugin that is also using ‘class-wc-product-data-fields.php’.
Their plugin is unconventional and has a folder directly under httpdocs where that script is executed and is overriding your version.
Is there a way to create a child template of that script with different class names or something?

I’m running into a minor problem, Grid Style 2 was selected. In the Main large left banner, I was able to insert images and a video and even linked a youtube video and everything worked fine. Now in the lower right banner, I wanted to insert another video but the video would not run. What is even more confusing is that the link inserted there started showing in the large banner it its left.
I then checked the link in the large banner area to see if it was changed but that was not the case. So the old banner has one Youtube video link and the smaller banner has another, but the last added link is the only one playing and it only plays in the larger left banner.
Another issue is with the maps. I got the coordinates from google maps, and inserted them in their assigned fields, however the pin dropped on the map is off by few blocks. I copied and pasted the coordinates so I’m sure they are correct. Do you need to do anything else that Im not aware of?

I found an older post where you write that you plan to support SearchWP. Is that already the case? Because currently I have some issues (... namingly SearchWP does not seem to insert into the Search Search Fields. I can use the SearchWP shortcode … but it does not look as good as the initial Flatsome search field. Plus, id does not appear in the mobile menu.) Thanks, Tom
