Hi, I recently purchased Photogra (Purchase code de8c549c-5895-4140-bc47-80e48006dc7b ) and I love the theme so far!
But – I recently ran into a problem with the sliders. They’ve been working perfectly up until now, but yesterday when I tried to upload a new picture in a slider, pressing the ‘browse’. Instead of getting the media menu, it just goes dark as if it’s trying to get it, but the menu doesn’t show up. It’s like it’s frozen, but if I click the screen again it takes me back with no problem.
Do you by any chance have a fix for this, or does it have to do with wordpress itself? Any feedback would be welcome.

Sorry for delay. For contact form make sure to use email provided by your domain. Also your server must support php mail. You can ask your hosting provider to activate php mail.

I purchased your them Photogra a couple of days ago. The installation ov the complete version of the theme was unsucces full. I tired even with the version with only installation files. It was also unseccessfull. I shortened the file name and tried again. Finally I was able to install the version with only installation files. I am not able to manage the settingns for sliders to make fullscreen slide shows. The option in page settings for slider is not available (very shortened box is apperring in front of the word Slider). I am wondering if there is any documentation which describes how to set up the them? any youtube or written? appreciate your help because my site has been down and I need to make it up and running soon. best regards Daniel

Hi, Thank you for your reply. Im not sure if you are able to see my problem but the URL is www.dmstudio.se. The installation has been successfull but I can not make the slider work at all. I do make an slider, using the slider funktionality, but I can not make the setting in the home page for running. the option for specifying the slider in home page settings is minimal and does not show the list of sliders I can choose from. The same is for the parameter for specifying a galleri. And I can not find the documentation in the package. Best regards Daniel P.S! does it cost to get help with installation?

Hi, I recently purchased your theme and I can’t figure out how to get the “fade” transition to work on all slides in the slider? Right now it works fine but only after the 4th photo in my rotation.

There are problems when running two plugins and the Photogra theme. The “Slider Revolution” plugin produces error messages shown on the home page of the website (and causes the site to take a very long time to load). The “HS Responsive Category FAQ” plugin does not work properly and produces error messages that show on the Console of developer tools.
The plugins that are producing error messages do not work properly with the Photogra theme. The slider does not play the background video and the FAQs is not displayed as and does not function as an accordion.
However, if I activate the WordPress Twenty-Seventeen theme instead, both plugins work fine and produce no error messages.

On April 26th, you said it would be at least two weeks until you were able to release a new version of the theme that addressed the problems we are experiencing. It’s now been 6 weeks. Do you have a revised time estimate for when the new release will be available? Thanks.
The theme seems to be causing JavaScript errors when used with other plugins. If I disable Photogra and use the Twenty-Seventeen theme all the JavaScript errors go away. Hello, I would like to know how I can adjust the slider to display an image in the center of the page and not the full screen. I have images of a particular size and when I use the slider they do not display well for viewing on the site. My image is 1024×666, looks much sharper scaled down instead of full page. From the DE panel: Set Slider as Background was – Yes. So the slider was set as the background on all pages. And i could’t add my Custom page background. And when I changed option to: No, everything is now fine.

Hello, So far I’m enjoying the Photogra Theme, however I do have a few questions. Can you tell me how to add additional items below the yellow bar on the left side under the menu (On your demo page there are items there). 2. Is there an Archive for the Blog 3. not sure if this is a bug but in Gallery View when All is selected all of the photos seem to stack up on each other, when you select another gallery then go back, all photos display correctly…is there a fix for this. Other than that I really like the Theme. Thanks Eric

1) These items is social icons. You can add these by navigate to Appearance > DE Panel > Social Networks > insert you social on appropriate field.
2) Currently not, but i will consider to make it on next update.

Select another category such as Landscape from above then go back to gallery and you will see it displays correctly. Also, if I hover over gallery and select an item such as Abstract, each photo has an x under it…any way of editing that out? Thanks for your help.

I want to put a video on one of my page, and put it at the center of the screen (it seems like everything is a little to the left side). And also bigger, In the wordpress text, I can enhance it, but it doesn’t affect the final view on the website.
