I am considering buying this theme, however i have some questions, 1. I want to create an interior website that deals with wallpapers and i want it to be e.g $20 per roll or per metre on the shop page not just $20. Does Avada offer that functionality? 2. I want to be able to add a wallpaper calculator to the site.does avada theme offer stuffs like that? 3. I have not seen any interior template on your theme site, can dat be customized easily? i would appreciate your quick response 4. and also purchasing this theme, is it a lifetime purchase or i have to be renewing annually?

1. We use WooCommerce for all our eCommerce requirements actually so you can use any add on of the WooCommerce that offers such functionality, i have done a guick google search and found this one that might be helpful => http://bit.ly/2tap1we you can read plugin’s documentation for more info on it.
2. The above plugin also comes with this feature i believe.
3. I am not sure what exactly do you mean by this term “interior template” can you please provide some more info on this particular query?
4. Our theme comes with a lifetime single product license, that means you will get free updates as far as we are building Avada, however the support license will be expired after 6 months and if required you can repurchase it again for 6 months.

Any design can be achieved by Avada, the only limit is your own mind and how you setup things and use our columns and other elements, I’d suggest taking a look at our construction or architecture demo to get an idea of interior design demo and you can use them to kickstart your own layout.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hi, running latest version of the theme and latest version of chrome browser. I have a weird issue on two different websites both running on Adava. Some background images don’t seem to work in Chrome. They work in firefox, not tested on others yet. The site i’m working on now is literally just a demo import so it’s nothing i’ve done conflicting with it. I checked the css by inspecting code and found that when I disable the css line “background-blend-mode: overlay;” on any particular section that has a background image not showing, it seems to work fine then. That one line seems to be messing things up? How can I fix this site-wide so that all background images show correctly?
Also noted that on refreshing the page, the images that don’t show actually show for a second and then disappear.

We have no background image related issue with chrome as its a widely used browsers and BG images are very common in our theme, you can actually check our demos on chrome using background images and they will come up fine and good for you, in case that is the issue it must be some of your 3rd party plugin or browser settings causing this and we will gladly troubleshoot this for you, however we need you to please open a support ticket with us please by following the link below.

Hi, actually no even your demo site has this issue. As I mentioned above – the problem is resolved when that line of css is disabled.
I’ll open a support ticket but it would be good if you could start posting your answers and responses here so the public get a proper representation of the support end result. Plus it may save time for people with the same issue on their sites.

As much as we would love to, the Themeforest comments section cannot be used as a support channel, and there are very good reasons for that. This is the process:
- If an issue is reported via support, for example, or even here in comments, it is added to Git for our developers to check, verify and then test the fix.
- If the issue is process critical, every single Avada install is notified by our team deploying a Fusion patch as explained here -> http://bit.ly/1QSd8Ol
- If it is not process critical, it is fixed and will be included with the next release of Avada, however our support team are given the fix to be applied if and when it arises within support
What exact Chrome version after you using? Chrome Canary? If yes, Canary is not a tested release and is therefore not actively supported by the theme just yet. According to Google:
“Google Chrome Canary has the newest of the new Chrome features. Be forewarned: it’s designed for developers and early adopters, and can sometimes break down completely. “

Look my support has ran out but I never used it and I have big problem with your theme and its starting to get to me .I have added 12 post for category decorating now when I click on decorating its not show the post assign to it . also the site is very very very slow even thought I have done my google pages speed the search and filter plugin also does not search the post correctly . and I dont have support anymore

Please make sure that you are not offsetting the posts, if you are offsetting the posts they will skip and not display for you at the front end, also please make sure that none of your 3rd party plugin is causing this issue for you, however to assist you precisely with this issue we need to take a look at your setup and for that we will need you to please create a support ticket after renewing your support.

what do you mean by offsetting post also I disable all plugins and that is not causing the problem further more I have brought two theme of you and I have try to ask for support but no one got back to me and when I go through your support system you are asking way to much detail question which I’m not sure about can you send me your email address because I can not afford to pay for support again. I am afraid this is not a possibility to troubleshoot any issue without having a look at the cause of the issue and where its originating from, reason behind this is because this is not a theme related issue as we can not replicate this so it must be some setup related problem that we need to check and for that we need you to fill in a proper support ticket.

As Ammar has stated previously, not being able to inspect your settings/site etc makes it vert difficult to assess this via the Themeforest comments section. The Themeforest comments section is meant for pre-sale inquiries and generalities only. As much as we would love to, the comments section cannot be used as a support channel, and there are very good reasons for that.

What version of Avada are you running? Please check and make sure you are running AVada 5.1.6 and if you have any cache plugins, be sure to have cleared your caches.

Pre-purchase question. I have been eyeballing this theme, as well as a couple others… (Salient, Enfold). I would like to know if it’s possible to create fullscreen image galleries in Avada? Not referring to an IMAGE SLIDER… I mean galleries.
For example, I have 5 images that are drag-n-dropped into one gallery – then displayed full screen.
Is this possible with your theme? If so, I will make a purchase today.

Well, can we drop multiple images into your slider option to work as a gallery – or would I have to create multiple individual sliders and assign them to a location?
For example…
Would I have to create 5 different slides then assign them a location… such as HOME, CONTACT, etc?

This is SUPPOSED to fill the entire screen – height and width
It is being chopped in half and the developer can’t/won’t provide a proper solution. I need a theme that can handle this. Yes, I can probably do it with a plugin but I try to keep my plugins to a minimum . I would rather purchase a theme that can handle it natively.

The reason why is because if you use 100% width, then your image must cover it from edge to edge, and your height of the image can be cropped.
You need to set it as full screen so it’s not only 100% width but woo% height also.

The columns are actually floated left so if you want to use only 1 single column that is centered in our theme you have to use 2 smaller columns on the both sides to center it and that should do the job, the side columns can be empty and hold nothing but margins and paddings, an example can be seen here in this screenshot => http://prntscr.com/fk7yo0

It’s been almost a week and I still have no resolution to FusionBuilder not functioning properly. All caches cleared, there is not a plugin conflict, and I have the most recent version of WP, Avada and FusionBuilder installed on the site. There are 2 product pages where I tried to update some of our content, but after saving, the pages are distorted in layout and content disappeared. The only way content is visible (on the front end…it’s missing in FusionBuilder) is by reverting to a May backup, and then not making any changes.
Do I need to create a local version of the site and re-install the theme? I have not been able to make updates to our site in 7 days, and we have new products and spec sheets that need to be available online.

Please make sure that you are assigning the sidebar from Avada > Theme Options > Sidebars > Blog Archive tab and there are widgets inside the sidebar and its not empty, however if the issue persist open a support ticket and we will look into this for you.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve already read the documentation but I know that the future site will be updated by my client that isn’t an advanced user and not at all as regarding images sizes and so on. I want to be sure that I can simply tell him that he can use e.g. 700×525 or any 4:3 ratio image, so that it’s easier for him to remeber he has always to publis post and pages with images of the same size (or ratio). Could you suggest how to behave to create one image that suits both for posts and feature image? Thank you!

It actually depends on which layout you are using so i can not tell you one image size to fit all but basically you can use anything that is 800px wide since that is our biggest blog size so hope that answers your query

I have a row with 4 columns and in each column 1 photo. On screens of less than 800px each column goes to measure 100% and the photograph occupies the entire width. Is it possible to modify the behavior so that there are 2 columns up and 2 down? Where could you modify the 14 column template?

What you described above is the default behaviour of how our columns work on the mobile layouts actually, the columns will indeed go to 100% width to change this behaviour you will need to use custom CSS for that and set the column width using media queries.
