Good morning, I use the latest version of this theme for a cocktail site. All fine, but we face a performance issue. It seems to be connected with the blog module in VC. Takes ages to load, then the DB stalls, and the site is down for minutes.

Using the Twelfth theme, the homepage of my website does not scroll down on mobile. Also getting what seems like an html code showing when using the testimonial feature, just at the end of the testimonials. Any thoughts on how to resolve these please and thank you?

See the INFO BOX section at www.mundilimousine.com where it says “Safety”, “Comfort” and “Convenience”? For some weird reason after the last update I just can’t resize the globe icon on the top of it. The same happens with the team member’s picture. No matter what height or width I set, the image will always be at the largest possible size. Do you know what could be causing this? Thanks

Disregard. Everything is ok now. I think it was some sort of cache problem. Since I use the cache killer add-on I wasn’t considering this possibility.

Hello, novice here with a few questions.
I am using the corporate demo with the side navigation.
Is there a way I can have the side navigation on all my pages? Currently I can only have it on the front page.
As well I can’t seem to be able to find where to edit the info on the sidebar navigation such as email and phone number. Thanks.

You may set the header style 5 (side navigation) to all the pages globally in Theme Options > Layout Settings > Single Pages Header.
As for the requested contact information, it can be edited in Theme Options > Header Options > Top address panel field.

Pie Charts Module Creation. Pie charts don’t work, can’t see the circle. I been follow every tutorial and/or documentation and just simply doesn’t work. Depend on the browser? I Don’t think so. So, what’s can be the problem? Maybe an item with the instalation? A problem with the version?. Why is there now a giant block of CSS in the head of my website? What is generating this? All of these styles are overwriting my custom styles.

Hello,
I have a problem with header background image. In desktop view it appears to be ok but the image in smaller devices does not appear correctly. I used css to try and adjust it my self but still have the same problem.

Lol, you say woo commerce 3.0.x compatibility and variable product don’t work either with the update?
IT’S FRUSTRATING! I’ve been waiting for that update for months and then it don’t work either. Always the same issue that I cannot edit variable products because it keeps loading forever product variations. You haven’t updated library to v4, have you?
Error: Option ‘ajax’ is not allowed for Select2 when attached to a <select> element.
I don’t know what to say, but don’t say that is compatible with woo commerce 3.0.x because it isn’t.

We are setting up the site but we couldn’t figure out why our menus goes under the sticky header and not inside there. This menu is set to be primary navigation and we are using header style2. Could you please give us a clue and help us to see if we are doing something wrong?

Hi DFD. I have an issue with the theme on mobile layout. The issue is this: When the page is not loaded completely, if I start to scroll down and then get back to the top, the header part is gone! Although the header was loaded before if you scroll down and get back to top the header is completely gone (the whole #header section I think). Please help me resolve this. Thanks.

As for the mobile header, please add the js script from this txt-file to Theme Options > Main Options > Custom JS field.
Please clear all the cache properly and recheck the site.
