Hey dear!
I’m having some issues with child theme. Actually, only one.
I have 10~12 php files in child theme, all of them overwrite parent theme php. Except ONE folder do not overwrite the parent theme: /framework/functions
Whatever file I get from parent theme and put into the same place where it should be, but in child theme, do not overwrite the parent theme.
realhomes/framework/functions realhomes-child/framework/functions
What should I do?
So if I try to modify placehold stuff from basic.php inside that folder: realhomes/framework/functions/basic.php copy this file and place one of the same but with content modified at: realhomes-child/framework/functions/basic.php
Anything is changed. But for other files inside other folders, works great. The only issue is with this framework/functions folder.
FYI: It used to work.
NVM. I just figured it out I should have copied the function and pasted in the function.php in child theme 
Everything is working again.

Are the search fields customisable, I need to use the theme for a listing of office space instead of homes, is this achievable with this theme?

You can enable/disable all available fields plus modify their labels from the theme settings. However, changing the fields functionality would need code customization in the theme.

This theme is great. Highly customizable. Runs on a majority of browsers and is very well designed. I’ve been using it since 2015. But after the last update it seems all my maps are gone. Instead of a map I see the message “This page has not load Google Maps correctly”. Does anyone have a clue? Thanks!

As of June 22, 2016 the Google Maps no longer supports key-less access. The Real Homes theme adapted this change right away and added the Google Maps API key settings in Customizer > Misc panel to add the Google Maps API Key since Version 2.5.6 – updated on 1st July 2016. The latest theme version is now 2.7.0.
First of all, please update your theme to the latest version 2.7.0. For help regarding theme update you can consult our Knowledge Base article on Better Way to Update WordPress Theme.

Do you know when the problem began? Any plugin installed around that time or any modification that you are aware of?
Ensure there is no plugin conflict disable all extra plugins and see if that fixes the issue. Then re-enable one plugin at a time to find the culprit plugin.

Hello, I don’t have support for this theme and i could not find any solution. If you can help me, i am using WPML plugin, and i made some translations but suddenly, in homepage, properties dissaperead and i am getting the “No properties found message” but in Properties Menu i can see the translations.

Hello Fahid, thanks for your answer, in english everything is working fine which is the main language of the website, when changing the language, to chinese or greek (you can do it throug the menu) you will see what i mean.

I have checked and it seems like you have no properties translation in those languages.
If that is the case then please add those English versioned properties into other languages also. See the following help by WPML for the details on how to add contents/posts translations.

May I know which pages? If you are talking about the default pages then yes you can use the Full-Width template for this purpose. See this example: http://realhomes.inspirythemes.biz/columns/
However, removing the sidebar from other pages might result in layout design problem.

If you have already setup your site on another domain name and just want to move that site to your new domain then I will recommend you to follow the site move process given below.
However, if you want to use this theme on both domains then you would need to buy another theme license for your new domain and server.

I am afraid the meta keys for the properties metadata and image sizes might be different. So you would need to set them again for the properties.
However, you can import properties to this theme via CSV or XML using Import Properties into RealHomes Theme extension plugin with its parent WP All Import plugin.

Hi: I bought this theme a couple of years ago. right now the last update for Meta Box plugin to 4.11.3 version are creating conflicts with WPML plugin.

Hi there,
We just purchased the theme and are wondering a couple things. For the Agents, we are wondering on the page if it can show all 5 of the agents on one page instead of only having 3 on a page? One other thing I’m wondering about, our website has more pages in the menu – 9 to be exact and those pages are overlapping the logo area. Wondering if you can provide some help with that also? If possible move the phone number section back a bit to the right?

Is there a way of showing properties from another city instead of just ‘no properties found’ displaying when returning a search result?
Ie. I click on the search dropdown for ‘London’ and as there is no current properties it will show properties for ‘Manchester’ instead?

The Advance search form helps users to find the properties by matching their searched circumstance.
If there are different properties on the results page it will defeat the purpose of the Advance search form.
