Sorry yes, just trying to get into the ticket system, it seems to be down at the moment but il keep trying and get this finished for you asap.

I just purchased Luxi theme, the theme is really different than the demo! which is so annoying! I really need to have the same product page! I need to put logos in the footer (visa card, master card ..etc).

Is there any missing configuration? should I install something from outside to fix this differences ?

Hello, I downloaded this theme a few years ago. I wanted to make an update, to look like the preview demo. But it’s seems to be still the old version… Do i have to purchase it again ? or should i be able to update it for free ?

Cause all the files i downloaded today are from jully 2016

Still having lots of issues with this theme. I think that as a good will gesture for your delayed replies with previous support you should off assistance with the other bugs I’m encountering.

For example the logo in the sticky header, no matter what size I make it, it doesn’t show properly.

Its been less than one day since i replied to your ticket. I cant be online 24/7. I have just replied.

The fact remains you stated “Could you please send me your admin details and i will login as soon as i get home and make sure everything is setup and up to date etc ?” 2 days ago and it’s taken until now to reply.

I feel as though you’re over promising and under delivering a bit considering you are selling a theme that claims to have demo content but nothing comes in the package after purchase.
