generally the applications are displayed for each job in Employer Dashboard, and what he does with it it’s up to employer. There’s no “assign” button so it’s up to Employer who will he contact later. There’s no filters in applications screen, to add more filters in Browse Resumes page you’d need to make some modifications in code
